看到一整鍋都是巨級大的蜆,真是眼睛都發亮了🤩每只蜆肉肥美鮮甜且吸盡白酒的香氣,一口兩只才過癮啊😝但美中不足是蜆里有點沙,處理吐沙方面有待改善呢😌

《白烚馬介休》
可說是吃葡國菜必點之一,炸馬介休球就吃得多,這次試吃用白烚弄的味道是如何的😏鱈魚用醃料調制過,味道咸香,口感綿軟中帶有魚肉的纖維,很有原始的風味呢😚

《葡式燒乳豬伴薯蓉及雜菜》
肉質鮮嫩多汁,脂肪和豬肉的比例剛好,一口下去,還散髮出陣陣的豬油香氣,而外皮燒至酥脆,咬下時清脆的聲音隨之發出,越咬越起勁,encore多一份都能輕易炫光啊😋而在乳豬方面,不但以件狀形式上桌,還很貼心地把中間的骨都去除,貴婦式的進食和享受呢😎

《香燒黑豬骨伴焗薯》
一整排黑豬骨燒得外焦內嫩,輕輕一咬就輕易脫骨,味道有點像BBQ風味,吃前再撒上一點點海鹽作調味,味道昇華又惹味,更有解油膩的作用呢🥴

🌟餓鳥溫馨提示一下:皆因餐廳在酒店中,如果要拿外面的生日蛋糕來慶祝,是不能的喔~但如果是訂老佛爺和他們酒店的蛋糕,那就沒問題,拍完照後還會幫你切件,服務真的挺好呢😁

一行六人到這裡食午餐,訂座後每位先付MOP150 訂金。2個courses$350/3 個course$410,各適其適。香蕉麵包和葡腸麵包熱辣辣好好味,另一款啤酒麵包就比較硬身。海鮮湯伴馬介休,系一個清湯而馬介休亦都只係得一小粒,冇乜特色,真係吾推介。友人叫帶子雲吞和鮮蝦墨魚仔沙律無論賣相及味道都相當吾錯。主菜叫左威靈頓羊肉(7成)但酥皮吾夠扎實,幸好羊肉嫩口。友人叫燴牛尾,應該係拆肉後再重組,所以系冇骨嘅,香煎比目魚,個皮微微脆,魚肉帶點鹹香。甜品拼盤,楊枝甘露系室溫所以口感不佳,雪糕估計應茘枝味冇乜驚喜,伯爵茶蛋糕就比一般自助餐更差,完全似交來貨色,甜品真系好差,十分懷念之前嘅甜品車。尾段送嘅迷你葡撻都鬆化,但另外酥條及朱古力只係各有2條/粒,好像小家了一點,其實餐廳可以調整價格,就吾好好似依家咁,將價就貨。埋單MOP2464/6 位,整體來說,退步了很多很多,希望餐廳方面可以改善一下。

提供三款餐前麵包 , 烘到暖笠笠的 香蕉麵包 (圖二左上),聞到勁香,超級鬆軟,建議搭配埋自家特調香蕉牛油,更加好味🤤,令人眼前一亮,我真係會為左佢再來🤩。另外麵包籃內(圖二右上)葡式腸包切開一片片,烘到香脆可口,越咬越香,旁邊啤酒硬包亦不錯,口感偏有咬口,配埋牛油🧈享用已經好好食。擔心太飽之下,每種淺嚐試試,剩低未食晒可以打包拎走。

前菜兩款 扒墨魚仔配金菠蘿沙律 和 蠔天婦羅配葡式辣汁 ,前者墨魚仔爽口,和醬汁之間有啲啲分離,但鋪底菠蘿片🍍幾香甜入味。後者的蠔天婦羅外皮炸到香脆香口,唔會油膩,一人一隻淺嚐一下。

作為主菜 燒烤拼盤配烤雜菜 終於上菜啦,一大盤同時裝住大蝦、鮑魚仔、北海道帶子、牛小排、羊排、半隻春雞和烤雜菜,除左春雞外,每款食材都有兩份,容易分享😌!燒烤跟四款醬汁,無記錯的話,有兩個辣醬、芥末醬和薄荷醬,個人來講唔洗蘸醬已經好味,原汁原味更好。

先講海鮮,大蝦已經剝好殼,肉質彈牙,鮑魚有咬口但唔怕韌,帶子肉質細嫩。雖則話海鮮味道不錯,但同場相比下,肉類方面做得更優秀,牛羊肉切開後粉嫩的顏色🤤,牛小排大約五成熟到,肉質軟嫩,羊架亦同樣嫩身,烤羊架的羊膻味較少,熟的程度亦剛好,如果對以上肉類生熟程度有個人要求的話,記得提早講比服務員知,因為落單時無問到要幾成熟架~烤香雞份量不大,肉質唔怕老,但會比牛羊肉遜色少少。

是日特色甜品每人一件藍莓芝士蛋糕,仲送一份甜點拼盤,粒朱古力都好正👍。成個套餐份量剛剛好,差不多八九成飽,綜合食物味道、環境氣氛以及服務來講,十分之高質,真心有驚喜,希望有更多人認識到佢。

這次我們點了三個Set Lunch,一個是3 courses set,兩個2 courses set,點完餐就來了個餐前麵包🥯,特別要說一下這裡的麵包真的會讓餓鳥想要再次光臨😋

又鹹又脆的《葡腸包》和鬆鬆軟軟的《香蕉麵包》,淡淡的香蕉味再搽上香蕉牛油一起吃簡直是絕配😍

前菜:
《鴨肝伴無花果配葡國砵酒汁》
鴨肝煎得剛剛好,表皮脆酥,內裡半生熟,質感順滑,口感好Q彈,配搭的砵酒汁中和了鴨肝的膩感😆

《帶子薄片配馬介休沙律》
配搭清新,一片片又薄身又鮮味的帶子片配上一絲絲又鹹鹹的馬介休,令鮮味提升之餘又能豐富味道😜

湯:
《牛肉清湯配牛尾雲吞》
包着牛尾餡的雲吞配上濃縮的牛肉清湯,簡直牛味集於一身😝

主菜:
《T骨羊扒配茄瓜及雜菜》
羊扒肉質鮮嫩不過老,吃每一口都飄逸着陣陣羊臊味,配上黑椒汁令味道更突出😚

《葡式辣汁燴黑毛豬》
肉質同樣細嫩,一咬已經化開,配搭的葡式辣汁雖然不辣,但剛好不膩口🤤

《桂花魚配生姜海鮮汁》
肉質嫩滑鮮美,但海鮮汁就吃不出姜的味道來,可能單純用姜來消除海鮮的腥味🧐

最後,當然要繼續去滿足餓鳥另一個胃啦,雖然沒有了手推甜品車環節,但《焦糖布丁》和《迷你葡撻》的表現也不過不失,啖啖的蛋味布丁口感幼滑,加上微焦表面的砂糖令味道更甜蜜🥰而一口葡撻亦不遜色,外皮酥脆可口,內裡creamy軟滑,令餓鳥一口一口地吃不停🤣

葡萄餐廳嘅食物,環境,服務都好好,基本上一星期會去1-2次,lunch set都好抵食今日嘅餐前小食係炸馬介休,又脆又熱,好好食。餐包有香蕉麵包,葡式臘腸包同啤酒麵包。好熱辣辣,好香架!配埋佢地嘅牛油一齊食真係好正!葡式青菜湯,一邊飲一邊食到佢啲菜,唔會太咸啱啱好酥炸馬介休,馬介休嘅肉質都幾彈牙,外層嘅皮都好脆,配埋個汁都好食豬柳都ok好食!但同馬介休比都係馬介休比較出色甜品以澳門酒店餐廳嚟講算出色,唔會太甜,慕絲都好滑,有時候啲新甜品會有驚喜環境同服務都好正架!除咗某位黑面嘅女服務員,其他人都好好,好有禮貌,會熱情有禮咁招待你總括而言,葡國餐廳非常值得光顧,極度推薦

The amuse bouche is an assorted pickles and a pork wrap. The pickles are beautifully marinated without being too sour or salty, while the other is pork shreds wrapped in a chewy spring roll paper. The pork is nicely seasoned but the spring roll paper is a bit too chewy and I could only cut it apart with much effort. But still the course is tasty and appetizing.

The second course is Baked Matsuba Crab Meat in Shell. There was a lot of crab meat stuffed in the shell, with the sauce wonderful in taste, and the chives on top giving a nice look. On the side there is some pomelo with red bell pepper, olive and mango. It served as a small salad which gives refreshing complement to the crab meat and balance the weight of the sauce. A really great dish!

The fifth course is Roasted Black Pork with Clams. The clams are quite large and with nice sea brine notes, the pork loin is very tender, with rich and juicy taste. This signature land and sea main dish is a good example of how the two normally separate protein can complement each other and the restaurant had done a good job in proving that.

Dessert is Sericaia with Caramel Ice-cream. Sericaia is a Portuguese style puff with a soft surface and an airy filling, and paired well with the rich and sweet caramel ice-cream, There are also some plum and berries on the side to provide some acidity to balance the sweetness making the dessert a great finale in completing this wonderful meal.

The services are also very good, with also a wide selection of wine which is also of very reasonable price. For those who love wine here is a restaurant that you must visit. The bill for the dinner was $2,286 with a bottle of wine. The menu itself was very reasonable at $630 per person only. It is certainly one of my favorite restaurants.
