澳門因為交通唔方便, 搵好野食搭車轉車好麻煩。我每次去澳門都必食葡撻的, 後來發現安德魯葡撻原來在威尼斯人商場都有, 真係好方便。葡撻好新鮮, 淡淡的焦糖面層, 色澤焗得好靚, 外層蛋撻皮非常鬆脆, 食落口有濃濃得蛋香味, 口感非常香滑, 與撻皮的配搭一同吃,份外滋味。售10蚊一個,不算便宜,但值得一試。店外還有其他食物選舉,如牛角包及雞蛋糕,牛角包很新鮮鬆脆,而雞蛋糕就很鬆軟,是不錯的選擇。鋪內有透明玻璃的工場清楚看到製作過程, 環境舒適。

小時候我跟當時大部份人一樣,因為葡式蛋撻的外表,對當時還未流行的葡撻興趣不大,一直沒有機會嘗試。及至大學時期,有一次放學後,跟朋友在又一城的KFC試過它的葡撻,就被它鬆化的撻皮和帶焦糖香甜味的蛋漿深深吸引。今次來澳門,正好可以拜會KFC葡撻的祖師爺安德魯餅店。說是祖師爺絕不過份,因為追溯族譜,葡撻最早是十八世紀初由葡萄牙一位修女發明,之後十九世紀由一位英國人安德魯,經改良後帶到澳門,自此葡撻才大受歡迎。而安德魯餅店正是這款經改良後的亞式葡撻的鼻祖,至於KFC的葡撻,就是安德魯的前妻瑪嘉烈在離婚後將秘方賣予KFC才有的,可算是這族譜中的私生子。雖然安德魯的總店是在路環,要拜會葡撻的鼻祖最好還是到總店,但對於我們這些不會過夜的遊客,時間所限,所以就選擇了位於威尼斯人酒店內的安德魯分店。由於我是經氹仔到澳門的,下船後正好乘專巴到威尼斯人吃個「葡式早餐」。店子面積不大,就只有幾張小圓枱,每張桌旁都有兩三張單人梳化,讓食客可以軟攤在梳化上,輕鬆享受美食。雖然我只買一個葡撻($9),但見梳化正好有空位,就坐著吃。其實來到時,才十點多,店子才剛開門不久,但店內已坐滿食客,果然仰慕祖師爺的人都不少。說

雖然我只買一個
葡撻($9),但見梳化正好有空位,就坐著吃。其實來到時,才十點多,店子才剛開門不久,但店內已坐滿食客,果然仰慕祖師爺的人都不少。說回葡撻,摸上手時仍是熱辣辣的,蛋香撲鼻。咬一口,撻皮非常香脆鬆化,蛋漿入口滑溜,除了蛋味十足,還多了焦糖的甜味,真是吃到佛不了口
,如果不是之後還有其他食店要拜會,真個可以吃上一打半打(笑)。

The edge of the crust was very crispy and on the surface of the tart look abit charred. It was of the sweet version, unlike those salty version found in Hong Kong. When i took a bite, the centre of the tart was very soft, melting in the mouth. It was really justified of their name.

臨回香港前到威尼斯人買了半打安德魯葡撻做手信 (Mop60)威尼斯人店總是人頭湧湧,原來若要買葡撻的話可以去旁邊的小檔買的,沒太多人知道,我都是買完了才知呢安德魯的蛋撻剛買時是新鮮出爐,紙盒是燙手的,盒內散發出陣陣葡撻香味可惜吃的時候已經凍了,但撻皮仍然酥脆,咬下去還會聽到脆脆的聲音。蛋黃部份沒有KFC的那麼甜,蛋味濃,好吃吃完發現盒底全是油跡,可想而知那撻皮用了多少牛油做成,但亦正正是這些牛油才可以做到層層薄薄酥脆的撻皮啊

可惜吃的時候已經凍了,但撻皮仍然酥脆,咬下去還會聽到脆脆的聲音。蛋黃部份沒有KFC的那麼甜,蛋味濃,好吃

黎到澳門,試過勝利茶餐室個不知所謂既豬扒包之後,連帶對其他野都唔敢把太大期望。買左杯咖啡同一個葡撻,可能係因為出左爐一段時間,完全沒有溫度。幸好既係味道都可以,個皮都幾脆!都好彩係因為唔洗排好耐隊就買到,仲要有位坐。不錯~

After a 10-minute wait, finally it was our turn to put our hands around these iconic snacks. I haven't had Lord Stow's egg tarts (or pastel de nata being the more proper term for it) for a while now so I didn't realize that it's costing MOP$10 a piece these days.

This was very good. A little better than what Margaret's had to offer in my opinion but I thought Pastéis de Belém (Lisbon) still has the best pastel de nata in the world hands down.

行過威尼斯人,雖然有一大個food court 係到,但係又覺得一般,浴住運河一直行,就見到呢間好上出名既葡撻店,唔知點解竟然會係呢個咁偏僻既角呢😂見店入面都有幾多空位,所以就選擇左堂食,一個葡撻再配原味既牛角酥☺️滿足 但係如果食物既溫度可以高啲就好啦

來到澳門休息一晚後,出發前當然要吃個醒神早餐,特別是出名的葡撻呢! 經朋友帶到威尼斯人分店,果然大班人在收銀機前大排長龍,排了一會兒,二人點了5件葡撻、1件藍莓芝士蛋糕、1杯凍檸茶及1杯熱奶茶。其實見蘋果批賣相不錯,但細細個已2X澳幣,不捨得吃啊!我先去等位,朋友則買食物。我們的早餐非常豐富呢,朋友說熱奶茶不錯,好濃味及滑口,而我的凍檸茶亦不過不失稍後立即食香噴噴的葡撻啦! 咬一口即"沙"一聲,外皮好薄身,而且脆卜卜,內層蛋漿亦夠熱,不太膩,吃完即想再吃!雖然雪櫃附近的人很多,人群心理心郁郁就點了藍莓芝士蛋糕,但原來不是想像般好吃。上層的藍莓滑面,吃落有點像Jelly,下層芝士不夠Rich,不覺有芝士味,不過不知是否先吃了個葡撻,當蛋糕吃到尾就開始感到飽肚及膩。然後,眼闊口窄的我們,將餘下的2件葡撻帶回酒店給懶訓豬的朋友吃,哈哈。雖然蛋糕有點失望,不過朋友真的沒介紹錯,葡撻果然一流,下次來澳門真的再必吃

雖然雪櫃附近的人很多,人群心理心郁郁就點了藍莓芝士蛋糕,但原來不是想像般好吃。上層的藍莓滑面,吃落有點像Jelly,下層芝士不夠Rich,不覺有芝士味,不過不知是否先吃了個葡撻,當蛋糕吃到尾就開始感到飽肚及膩。然後,眼闊口窄的我們,將餘下的2件葡撻帶回酒店給懶訓豬的朋友吃,哈哈。

雖然蛋糕有點失望,不過朋友真的沒介紹錯,葡撻果然一流,下次來澳門真的再必吃
