Had a terrible experience in this restaurant. Waitress was rude, no butter for bread , no ketchup for fries. We ordered clams and bbq pork ribs, fried fish balls, soup and vegetables for 3 ppl. Quite a lot! But They said since we only ordered two main meals so we are not allowed to have more bread. Can't even pay to eat bread. As if we were here to beg them for the bread. 如果你們是特別為食乳豬而去,實在太太太唔值。味道只是普通,性價比低。另外啤酒牛肉的牛肉沒有牛肉味。我們也食左炸馬介休,炸的火喉不夠,味道不好。環境衛生也一般,人貼人枱貼枱座, 服務又差。到我走的時候聽侍應同人說無乳豬!要食要趁手,但講真旅行要搶住食不太值。氹仔市中心都會有選擇。

夜晚諗唔到食咩,朋友話之前試過呢間餐廳,咁我地一行六人搭兩架的士由新酒店入去食。因為無訂位,就坐係出面個露天AREA等,大約十五分鐘左右就話有枱,俾我地先。確實,朋友介紹係無令人失望,燒乳豬係嬴晒,外脆肉嫩,配埋生菜一齊食更帶出乳豬肉味。個辣蝦都好味,好入味,其他葡國菜都OK,只係乳豬較為突出。食完夜媽媽去沙灘行下消化番呢餐咁豐富又好味既葡國菜。

來到馬交我們怎可錯過法蘭度?! 今次我們早來了一點, 不用等位, 十分好。又來大過拳頭的麪包, 這兒的麪包十分美味, 微暖, 香脆, 脅微咸的牛油, 吃到停唔到, 低大大個的麪包, 吃完一整個就會飽了一半, 真矛盾。又來乳豬, 澳門的乳豬不是香港的可比的, 所以我們每次來都會吃個夠。 皮脆肉嫩的乳豬, 還有香口的薯塊, 十分喜愛。燒雞大大件, 肉有點"鞋", 不夠嫩滑, 但仍十分之香。牛仔肉是必食推介, 洋蔥汁滲入牛仔肉內, 牛仔肉很嫩, 十分可口。每次來澳門都不可錯過的一間餐廳。

聖誕過後來到,一入到來到處都是等位的食客,還好等位的地方環境優美, 很大自然的感覺。餓著肚子等了約40 分鐘,終於有位 送來的麵包,大過拳頭,好犀利!  麵包配上少鹹的牛油, 十分開胃, 不過不可以吃太多, 吃多了胃就沒有位置給後來的食物。馬介休球 - 剛炸好熱騰騰的, 入面是鬆軟的馬介休, 香味濃郁, 超喜愛! 來到主角葡式燒乳豬 - 果然是澳門的正宗, 脆脆的外皮, 嫩滑的乳豬肉, 不加任何調味已經夠味。來到牛仔肉已經飽了大半, 不過仍然感到牛仔肉很美味, 牛仔肉腍腍的, 洋蔥汁配上牛仔肉, 滋味。如果香港多幾間可以食葡式燒乳豬的餐廳, 就好。

睇呢度食評好多讚,朋友又去過幾次,等幾耐都要排,因為真係好好食!今次過澳門點都要試下,坐了大半小時巴士終於來到,但原來開十二點,只好行下沙灘影下相,其實黑沙灣又真係冇咩睇,所以提早十幾分鐘在門口等啦,越等越多人。。真係咁好食? ! 十二點終於開門了,穿過簡單的門口,原來入到去別有洞天,後園是大大的用餐區,充滿異國的優閒風情,這裡沒有冷氣,但11月的氣温加埋風扇舒服不過,點菜喇! 燒雞半隻,燒乳豬,炒馬介優,兩個湯, 蟹煲等,先來豬仔包,好硬唔太好食,比三個我地真係浪費左,講燒雞微辣雞胸不"鞋"口, 炒馬介優唔熱,其實真係唔知馬介優係點樣,只知是一堆野冇咩特別,好似雞蛋炒雜菜咁,兩個湯古古怪怪,蟹煲隻蟹肉實淨有蟹膏但唔香成隻蟹都冇蟹味,只有調味,調味是用來帶出食物的鮮味, 而不是將調味放在食材上食調味,$358 真係極唔抵,如果到坪洲快車可以食到又好食又抵食的真正靚蟹。打個比喻呢間野(法蘭度) 個蟹煲,只可與酒樓的粉絲蟹煲相比,咁當然隻蟹係大D 靚D 囉,最後是隻乳豬,好友極力推介,因為之前食過好幾次,香脆肉質鮮味真係即燒果種,好友當然希望想和我們一起分享,乳豬到,滿心歡喜雖然$168

,如果他們的燒乳豬是最好的,咁澳門其他餐廳的燒乳豬真係唔使識喇,呢間野已經沒對手了,廚師冇心煮浪費食材,以為做起了有名氣就是是但但,服務已經不是好,只是有,這種餐廳如果在香港早就閉店了。如果要等真係浪費光陰 消耗生命。

Called to reserve the table one day before and got so lucky was able to book in.... Since this restaurant is super popular and was being told it needed to book one week in advance... Love the food a lot!!! but..... no air conditioning. My friend and I had been sweating all over the dinner... =0=||| There was some salad at the side of the roasted suckling pig and it was very yum.. some chips on the side as well.. personally not a fan for chips so I cannot remember if i ate that chips or not The

The Sangria was much more concertrated than the usual ones.... unsure if the watiress rewarded us more wine for our sweat or the sangria was actucally like that in the restaurant.. 


Spent mop375 for two people... I reckoned it's not bad.. 

Other Info. : Love the food a lot!!! but..... no air conditioning. My friend and I had been sweating all over the dinner... =0=|||.. if you are planning to go there in summer... bring your fan...paper fans whatever.. actually they do provide lots of napkins for your sweat hahah

去完路環市區, 我地就順便搭車去黑沙海灘食最多 "笑臉"既法蘭度餐廳!法蘭度餐廳近於海灘,環境都好好.... 一入到去已經見到好多人等更位 我地都係係waiting list上... 可想而知有幾出名...等左30分鐘左右,我地版安排到角落的位置就座.. 好多蚊我地叫左最馳名既燒乳豬,馬介休球,燒沙甸魚同埋炒蜆其中燒沙甸魚太咸,可能鹽放太多係面... 不過其實燒得幾靚幾香佢本身有薯蓉同沙律伴碟,相信伴住食味道會岩岩好,無咁咸係上餐前每枱都會送兩個人頭咁大既包包的質感相信一般香港人未能夠接受, 因為又乾又硬.. 但外國人可能中意呢種而馬介休亦無咩特別,可以不試 .. 重點推介既係燒乳豬同炒蜆!!!!!!!!! 因為廚房上碟的時間都幾快, 魚又要熱食先得,所以開始食乳豬個時已經唔係熱.. 但出奇地係佢even唔係好熱但都保持脆皮好食!!!另外炒蜆個汁真係好好味道!!!!!!!! 雖然個包好乾,但點埋蜆汁就變得好好味!!!! 我地仲叫左sangria 飲... 比想像中差... 稀到似飲果汁ps: anyway, 呢間餐廳會再去!!!!!!!!!!!
