好在有大大碟菜食, 乳豬真係未必啱香港人口味... 炒飯真係好好食, 有d牛肉碎同雜豆去炒, 似係牛尾湯既味, 飯很乾身同粒粒分明, 好香口!

呢間野幾年前已經幫襯過, 係貴的, 環境服務一流, 完全係高級餐廳格局同服務, 所以寫明食好d, 佢午餐有$48, $58, $78 選擇再加一。

逛了一會,晚餐去食正宗葡國菜!

 香蒜薯容馬介休:超好食,好香蒜容味,D薯容烘香令人忍唔到口!馬介休混和其中,略嫌好多細骨而未能大啖食!

 葡式什錦炒米粉:以為平凡的一個炒米粉,其實可以反映出廚師真功夫!
 米粉炒得入味而且乾身,完全唔似一般炒米,而似越式香草入饌的炒檬粉!配料方面則有蝦仁,火腿,蛋絲等,有D似楊州炒飯!

由於決定第一日的晚餐要試葡國菜, 做係openrice攞定料, 但見多間都要訂位, 故預備了數間作後備, 酒店check in 後,已下午2時多, 請職員幫我們致電訂位, 訂了7時半, 我們未到7時已到, 坐近樓梯位,見入面多張吉枱, 問可否選擇較入位置, 店員表示全部枱已訂晒, 我們致電時只餘下呢張, 橫掂我們又唔需要浪漫環境, 故都冇咩所謂. 由於太早,之前又食了很多東西, 大家都不餓, 一行4人, 叫了乳豬飯, 燒牛肋骨, 燒饍, 馬介休炒菜四款及兩杯飲品. 送上bread, 但唔熱唔好食, 最先上的是牛肋骨, 好有炭燒味,好juicy 都有8-10小塊, 燒饍最好味, 好肥美, 到乳豬飯,乳豬真係卜卜翠, 但都幾滞, 食了一半已吃不下, 可能我們叫的都是肉及重味, 故當炒菜上時, 大家都覺得終於可以清清口腔, 但馬介休冇特別, 大家只是食菜, 想食甜品但真係太飽, 食唔到. 總括而言, 味道很好, 近窗的位亦很浪漫, 價錢亦好抵食 (4人食了500元), 但店員服務就較一般, 要叫數個才有一個埋黎理你, 但都係一間值得推介的餐廳.

Cosy joint set in decor that was easily from the early 80s. Even the captain and his friendly wait staff in their tablecloth pink outfits could have been from the 80s. Sangria by the glass
Settling down to a Sangria and shaking off the rain that was beating hard outside, we quickly got down to ordering and chewing on the warm buns that Macau is famous for. Baked to a raw crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Good with a dollop of butter.

Potato and Vegetable Soup
This soup is quintessentially Portuguese. It's not fancy by any means, but there is something about a potato based soup that's sturdy, protective and just downright homey. The greens provide the much needed fibre.

Stir fried cabbage with Bacalhau
This is probably more Macanese than Portuguese with the use of Chinese cabbage. The use of the dried salted cod pieces give this all the flavor since there is little else.

Crispy Suckling Pig on Fried Rice
This was the only reason we came. I saw a picture of this and said I definitely want to try this. Nothing complicated about this dish. Simply well grilled suckling pig, sealed by a crispy crackling (although some bits were slightly chewy) but the meat was tender, and fell off the bone easily. The bed of fried rice was tasty although it wasn't as good as some of the ones that you get around Macau, my most memorable having been from Litoral during my last visit in 2008.

This isn't the best restaurant in Macau. But it was a good fix for a quick dinner the first night we got there. Especially since this was about 5th on my list - the first 4 including Litoral was fully booked. Shouldn't have been a surprise since it was the start of the Easter weekend.

Decent, competent and wholesome food that was reasonably priced. Not a combination you find too often these days.

終於食到馬介休喇,人地話係澳門咸魚,我就話唔好當係香港式果隻就得喇。
原來入面仲有d薯蓉,口感都幾豐富,一細羹都好夠味,細碟其實都唔會唔夠食,仲可以放落面包到添。

睇到之前D食評咁好,一落船就黎試下哩間葡國菜,裝修的確唔錯,啱二人世界,午餐SET有好多選擇,不過兩個人食唔到,唯有揀重點乳豬配炒飯$150-----驚喜﹗﹗乳豬脆到不得了,無一般炭燒燶味,肉質嫩(可能我個碟係豬腳既關係),炒飯係西炒飯,內有葡國腸同豬潤等,份量都幾大,一碟已經夠兩個人食七分飽HOUSE WINE$140---有分一杯﹑1/4L﹑1/2L﹑同1L,我地叫左1/2L,對午餐黎講岩岩好,味道偏甜

(頭盤) 鮮牛油果沙律 --- 個人而言,OK佢沒有沙律醬,口感natural好多…
(頭盤) 鮑魚雞絲金必多忌廉湯 --- 有很多一條條爽口而彈牙的東西(不知是什麼),幾有口感。
(主菜) 葡式燒焗青島皇帝蝦釀芝士 --- 有很香的燒蝦味,皇帝蝦新鮮爽口,正!
(主菜) 香煎龍脷魚柳伴牛油檸檬汁跟薯菜 --- 這個水準一般。
(主菜) 炭燒豬肋骨 --- 這道菜是我的favourite,個燒汁正呀。
(甜品) 木糠布甸 --- 這是我第一次食木糠布甸,估唔到原來咁好食,有好香的奶+旦味…

這個套餐以外,我們還order了一客葡式燒豬焗飯。這個焗飯超正,除元朗的金記燒豬外,這家的燒豬一樣也是皮脆肉稔的。
不過,像我一樣不喜歡食洋葱的,就要畀多少少耐食把焗飯內的洋葱弄走了。

這家餐廳,我們會再去的。

原本2人打算去MSM食buffet,但因為餐廳的員工服務實在太差,所以轉往葡萄園晚餐...,之前都有睇過有關葡萄園d食評,所以決定一試一入餐廳,人不太多(可以時間還早),職員招呼我們坐在窗邊的2人枱。因只得兩人,所以只點了以下食品:-餐包 (free$)蕃茄xx豆湯 唔記得個名紅酒牛尾忌廉焗馬介休(餐廳招牌菜)乳豬炒飯最後,實在太滿足了...個乳豬飯要打包。

由於一早知道會比較夜到澳門,於是一早上嚟揾定葡國餐廳,見呢間好以好好咁,叫老公問吓收幾點,餐廳話Last 柯打10:30pm於是我地就book定枱試吓,我地一行6人7月18號坐8:30PM船去到澳門成9:30PM,我地分兩批,一批去酒店check in,一批去點定菜,費時阻住人地收工,到我地集合開餐都成10:30pm,佢地啲侍應仲好有禮貌咁叫我地唔駛急,我地點咗以下菜色:燒鱔;好好味,我地叫一份唔夠,成10:45pm問侍應可唔可以再叫,佢地勁有禮貌即刻叫廚房做多份葡國雞:呢個味道就一般,啲雞肉有啲燒牛肋骨:好好味,肉質啱啱好仲好多肉汁葡式烤乳豬炒飯:炒飯很香,乳豬皮好脆,不過我覺得乳豬切得大舊咗啲!馬介休抄什菜:味道OK,不過略多少少油燒乳鴿:味道OK,不過乾身咗啲燒魷魚:不過不失仲有2支酒4個湯2個甜品嘩!好豐富,埋單MOP$1400有找,好合理比起其他葡國餐廳算好抵,我地6個人一致同意值得再幫襯!!
