開業數十年,榮記荳腐麵食街知巷聞,每每被記載在旅遊指南,成為旅客必嚐道地美食 雖然名為荳腐麵食,但最受歡迎的還是一系列豆類製品,例如豆腐花及豆漿 以生磨黃豆及明火煉製而聞名,店方並且採用蒸餾水及加拿大一級黃豆製作豆品 身在百老匯大街,既然分店遠在天邊近在眼前,沒有過門不入的理由 豆腐麵 $28聽落可能覺得奇怪,其實實物是湯麵加豆腐而已,毫不突兀 一碗約有四件豆腐,如絲嫩密,入口即化,豆香未算濃潤,但總叫清怡 湯底屬稀身,油感不重,味濃但不單是一味死鹹,並非純粹味精湯 麵底帶點點鹼水味,勝在攤放慢食,依然條條分明爽口,不過好抗拒都可以加錢轉公仔麵 可惜是回未有胃納一一嚐盡店家名物,唯有留待將來有緣再一戰

咁岩黎到百老匯過一晚夜,又咁岩酒店做緊「食到笑」38蚊套餐,就黎左呢間食飯啦!咖哩飯味道無咩驚喜,味道同中大飯堂差唔多,入到口嘅。至於豆腐就厲害啦,滑口到唔信係澳門食緊飯,相信香港﹑澳門無一間比佢地既豆腐滑口,而且大豆味十足,好新鮮!

第二天離開酒店後我哋並沒有即時回港,而係繼續吃喝玩樂至夜晚,而且車爸爸仲過來澳門會合我們一齊去happy呢,車爸爸還未吃午餐我哋就過了氹仔百老匯大街搵吃嚕!找了這間榮記豆腐麵食,聽清麗村姑講都幾好味㗎,咁我哋就食呢個啦,啱晒剛整完牙的車爸爸喔!其實佢同車仔麵係冇咩分別,不過會多咗香滑豆腐在內囉。凍豆腐花$18豆味都算足夠,而且質感都好滑溜呀,不過有DD少貴囉!凍豆漿$15同樣香滑有豆香,不過我飲到有少少燶味!!另外車爸爸點了全餐$68(小), 餸料比係香港吃到的比較大件。內有豆腐,魚旦,水魷,豬紅,薯仔同埋鯪魚肉十分豐富,浸住餸料係一些類似蠔油醬汁,香味唔算太濃烈但係好天然,而且味道都十分清新好吃,當中我較欣賞水魷鹹鮮味濃,又夠淋身,另一樣係鯪魚肉吃得出那份新鮮的魚香,最重要係冇連皮打成,所以沒帶半點腥味,質感煙韌富咬口。

去百老匯掃街第一站,呢間既然出名豆腐,當然要叫豆腐麵啦。豆腐果然好滑,一入口自動sir落喉嚨,又香豆味,老字號果然有返咁上下之後仲試左芒果豆花同芋頭豆花,一樣咁滑,不過d芋頭用左糖水煮過,個人覺得稍為甜左dd

Walked past the flagship store near the ruins of Macau but as I was full I didn’t dine there but this restaurant was also at the Broadway so had it for dinner.It was nice there was no alkaline taste but other than that they didn’t wow me.The Jasmine tea was rather weak looking like water.The noodles were free because I used the meal voucher from the travel agent.
