週末到澳門探訪朋友,先吃個午餐,走在橫街小巷中發現了一間懷舊冰室,店內裝潢以昔日70、80年代的冰室,別有一番味道~ 芝士控的我推介「招牌芝士汁豬頸肉煎蛋撈丁」,是三寶的其中一寶,豬頸肉切至長條形再煎至金黃色,豬頸肉咬落好有口感,仲有半熟流心太陽蛋,再淋上濃稠的 “芝士汁”,睇到已經流口水! 嚟到當然要飲番杯「白牛」,大大球嘅香滑的雲呢拿雪糕配上雪碧,非常邪惡~食完覺得唔夠喉,仲可以食埋甜品添,大大碗嘅「紅豆涼粉冰」,上面滿滿嘅紅豆,煮到好林、入口即化,涼粉爽口,淋上滿滿的花奶,最緊要唔會太甜~估唔到澳門都有懷舊風格嘅港式冰室~

食完覺得唔夠喉,仲可以食埋甜品添,大大碗嘅「紅豆涼粉冰」,上面滿滿嘅紅豆,煮到好林、入口即化,涼粉爽口,淋上滿滿的花奶,最緊要唔會太甜~
