晚市於6:30 開始. 我們提早到了. 在開門前已有人龍出現.好架勢的一間餐廳, 門口有保安安排入坐. 有訂坐的先入 (沒訂坐的就在門外再排)用餐時間1.5 小時. 時間不多, 但勝在上菜快. 所以也沒有很追趕的感覺食物方便, 對所有菜色都很滿意, 覺得很有新鮮感.
