apr 23, 10,經過開呢度,襯未到weekend,無人排隊,所以叫咗幾串 :1) 豬皮,豬耳,小腸 (mop15.5) -個醋汁嘅酸度多過甜味,所以其1友人會覺得酸咗d-我1貫都唔多好薑醋,但都ok-3樣嘢中,豬耳用薑醋煲都ok因豬耳有其特性,有咬口之餘,亦唔多會索滿薑醋汁,比較對我嘅口胃2) 豬腳,蛋 (mop18) -原來友人之中有個薑醋王,所以就買咗出名嘅豬腳同蛋-聽說隻蛋好入味,但又不會醃到實晒-友人嘅comment話個薑醋都ok,亦接受到薑醋嘅酸度
