間中想食下刀削麵都會嚟北方館,主打北方菜及刀削麺。除刀削麵之外,推介水煑魚,用桂花魚起肉切片,鮮美嫩滑。但今日無食,試咗以前未食過嘅菜式,包括:紅焼牛肉刀削麵,選牛骨湯底,好味(唔記得影相);芥末香麻菠菜,新口味,清新;京城酥皮蝦,甜甜地,蝦肉彈牙,炸到趣哂連殼都食得;必食拔絲香蕉!
