環境古典中帶新意,食物喜出望外。叉燒香甜軟𣺉,大眼雞絕非香港一般雪藏味,非常鮮甜。推介片皮鴨,原來配上蜜瓜可以減去油利清新口感。蟹粉豆苗足料,不過用強烈酒味去腥,可以再作改良。油浸荀殼配埋魚春,有驚喜。未試甜品,下次一定要試下。員工親切,久違既笑容係香港買少見少。
