話說尋日生日,又返去我嘅second home-澳門,check in 完肚仔餓餓地於是去搵嘢食先,諗到一間之前嚟到點知果日晏晝冇開嘅居酒屋,一入門口已經好似去咗日本咁充滿和風嘅裝修,好,入坐準備嗌嘢食啦!我同夫人嗌咗北海道茶漬飯、豚軟骨烏冬、和風照燒雞肉丸子、 昭和焦糖雞蛋布甸。首先嚟咗北海道茶漬飯,個飯有蟹鉗、帆立貝、同好多三文魚子,茶漬湯好香,每啖入口都有好多三文魚子,鮮甜清香,唯一係個蟹鉗解凍時間唔夠,雪味重。和風照燒雞肉丸,好香,跟一隻溫泉蛋攞嚟點雞肉丸食,首先試燒大蔥點蛋漿,已經好食到痴線,到將條雞肉丸點落蛋漿,嘩!照燒汁同蛋漿混合簡直絕配,免治雞肉入面有雞軟骨混合,好有口感,有驚喜。豚軟骨烏冬,湯底香濃,味噌味好出,豬軟骨好淋,不過下次會揀蕎麥麵,會更加好食。雞蛋布甸又係極品,佢嘅味道好似東京好出名果間老伯布甸店咁,焦糖唔係好甜而且係水質唔結,淡甜而香滑,冇得頂!絕對係下次返澳門要再食嘅餐廳。

我同夫人嗌咗北海道茶漬飯、豚軟骨烏冬、和風照燒雞肉丸子、 昭和焦糖雞蛋布甸。
