難得星期日偷閒快閃到澳門,主力一定係飲飲食食啦。第一站就食葡國菜 -- “富仕葡式美食”。頭盤“鮮忌廉薯蓉焗馬介休”和“葡式炒蜆”。個薯蓉看似普通,但食落真係停唔到口,香滑忌廉加上馬介休,有入口即溶嘅感覺,現在回想起都想再食。“葡式炒蜆”火喉剛剛好,蜆肉仍然嫩滑,但最好味其實係個湯汁,蜆肉的鮮味加上酒香,就算唔飲酒嘅朋友仔都讚不絕口。再來主菜有“燒黑椒鹹豬手”,“芥末燒羊鞍”,和“燒雞釀飯”。首先要讚個“燒黑椒鹹豬手”,皮脆肉嫩,配上葡國啤酒,真係好食到停唔到口。“芥末燒羊鞍”,羊鞍上鋪上一層芥末再燒,感覺新穎,但原來又幾夾。最後“燒雞釀飯”,雞起骨釀入炒飯,雞皮燒得好脆口,隻雞細細隻亦無肥油,雖然已經飽飽地,但都唔覺得好膩。最後以木槺布甸畫上完美句號。大滿足!

首先要讚個“燒黑椒鹹豬手”,皮脆肉嫩,配上葡國啤酒,真係好食到停唔到口。“芥末燒羊鞍”,羊鞍上鋪上一層芥末再燒,感覺新穎,但原來又幾夾。
