澳門土生葡菜作為澳門最具代表性的特色飲食文化,雖然過去曾到澳門遊覽數次但卻從未試過,這次在朋友推薦下終於一試位於氹仔舊城區的「葡景軒」。葡式傳統薯蓉青菜湯 ($88) 顧名思義主要是以薯仔及羽衣甘藍烹製,再加上橄欖油、鹽等調味;炙燒葡式香腸 ($138) 由葡萄牙直送並即場在客人面前火炙,皮脆香口。葡式白酒炒花蛤 ($190) 調味清淡突出花蛤鮮甜;葡式海鮮湯飯 ($228/408) 分別有二人或四人份量選擇,面層舖滿青口、花蛤、蝦等海鮮,真材實料。薯絲馬介休鹹鮮濃郁,加上炒洋葱、蒜蓉、炒蛋及薯絲鬆脆可口;葡式木糠蛋糕 ($60) 由鮮忌廉及瑪利餅碎梅花間竹疊成,瑪利餅碎保留適量顆粒提升口感,
