跟妹妹坐艇過大海,去馬交,當然要食葡菜。正常澳門葡菜餐館散點三碟大約六舊有找。我倆有選擇困難症,不想為點菜而費煞思量,左諗右諗,為求一次嚐盡多款美食,最終選擇自助晚餐,也是六舊有找。  提前在旅行網站購買套票,包上塔和晚餐。    六點左右來到,在小圓枱就座後,職員先呈上硬崛崛餐包。使勁才可掰開一小角,外層乾爭爭,中間筋度高,要出出力咬。很快就放棄十字包包,去自助區看看有什麼好東西。 沙律  有自己撈,也有餐廳預製的。 香橙燒乳豬     在船上的電視影片介紹這個葡式燒乳豬,所以很期待。不單是額外配橙肉切片,原來乳豬香草醃料也混有橙核。果然影跟片中介紹一樣,橙的清新可去除乳豬的油膩。乳豬真的肉少而多膏,橙的確提昇了乳豬的味道。還有葡國雞   葡萄牙係無葡國雞嫁!    不過這是澳門名物,一定要食。 大件雞胸肉無骨,滑滑唔鞋口。白酒香蒜檸檬汁炒蜆         特地等待廚師剛煮好的炒蜆,保證新鮮。以湯碗盛載,有蜆也有白酒香蒜湯。  新鮮煮好的蜆肉就是美味。食蜆要有儀態,餘下的蜆殼,整齊地排好,方便職員收碟。 馬介休        一般餐廳几十個大洋只得几件,現在任食,抵左。  這個混有

這個混有薯蓉的炸鹹魚,只帶淡淡的鹹味。
絲絲魚肉纖維明現,
雖為油炸,但整體乾身不油膩,感覺很健康。
