繼續澳門雨天之選系列,試左香港都有但黎到澳門第一次食嘅名家,原因係呢間餐廳拎左米芝蓮「推介」。八爪魚石頭飯$138,八爪魚好新鮮,好煙韌但又唔似擦膠,用醬汁醃過,所以其實唔落甜辣醬再拌飯已經夠味,另外呢隻石窩因爲夠熱,可以整到好多飯焦出黎,跟飯仲有海帶東菇湯,岩晒減下辣~仲有紅酒醃五花肉,厚厚嘅三片$158 食落無乜酒味,但用酒醃完豬肉會特別淋,留意返佢地個燒烤爐唔係用明火,個人覺得用明火燒會好味d呢~PS:八爪魚石頭飯,唔係用一般黑色石窩上,個窩比一般石窩熱好多倍,但又唔會出煙,所以我唔小心辣一辣就起左水泡,痛死!!!餐廳拎左米芝蓮「推介」

PS:八爪魚石頭飯,唔係用一般黑色石窩上,個窩比一般石窩熱好多倍,但又唔會出煙,所以我唔小心辣一辣就起左水泡,痛死!!!
