OPENRICE食家推介的林記燒烤很大名氣,連我姐姐也說好食,咁就去試一試,朋友安排了在分店食因為可以食LUNCH,唔洗等夜晚,正!價錢上如果你唔叫海鮮,其實幾平雜菜沙律$$35係用白醋撈好,另上OLIVE OIL,很清爽,雪得夠凍,撈得夠均衡,正推介鹽燒蝦,5隻大大隻,$$100,火侯剛剛好,肉夠爽,蝦味不算很濃,但食得出是新鮮,鹽味輕輕提鮮墨魚$80無咩味,也久了一點焦香,覺得麻麻.幸好肉質夠嫩唔鞋是日重頭戲胡椒蟹,呢度$380,係小中型SIZE的肉蟹,大約2X蚊一兩左右用了大量白胡椒和黑胡椒粒來做,愛PEPPER的會愛死.估不到這裡有新加坡STYLE蟹.肉也很鮮甜,與辛辣既汁做成強烈對比!最後整件雞扒$20.即是雞脾,甜甜的味道就是我們自己燒的蜜糖香,肉質較實,但起碼食出燒烤味!整體來講還是不錯,下次有機會再來!因為我太愛燒烤
