此食譜有助改善便秘,因紅米及蘆筍含豐富非水溶性纖維,幫助大腸蠕動。另外,蘆筍亦含果寡糖,增加腸道內益菌數量,有助腸道正常蠕動。
Ingredient and Portion
紅米1/2杯
珍珠米1/2杯
紫菜2塊
雞蛋2隻
甘筍(切絲) 1/2杯
鮮蘆筍2條
罐頭水浸吞拿魚1/2罐
壽司醋2湯匙
油1茶匙
水1杯
Method
1. 紅米先浸水2-3小時,隔去水份,加入珍珠米及1杯水煮熟,拌入壽司醋,冷卻待用。
2. 雞蛋打勻並以1茶匙油煎成蛋皮。
3. 用保鮮紙包著壽司蓆,舖上已冷卻之飯,再舖上紫菜,蛋皮。
4. 將甘筍,鮮蘆筍及搓碎之吞拿魚放於其中一邊,捲起並切件即成。
