青瓜 半條
紅蘿蔔 半條
吞拿魚 4湯匙
粟米粒 半杯
米紙卷皮 6張
蔥 1條
油 1茶匙
黑胡椒粉 適量
Method
1. 先把青瓜和蘿蔔切成小粒。
2. 燒熱鑊,下油,輕炒吞拿魚、粟米粒、青瓜及蘿蔔至乾身,加入黑胡椒粉,待用。
3. 蔥洗淨,略灼,隔水待用。
4. 將米紙卷皮放入熱水浸15秒,然後放在乾毛巾上。
5. 取出少量粟米粒、青瓜、蘿蔔及吞拿魚放在米紙卷皮中央,然後包成小袋子,用蔥條綁上蝴蝶結。食譜份量可做六個小袋子。
