很多女士以為吃沙律可以減肥,但沙律醬也是脂肪的一種,不懂得控制便等如把一匙匙油送進口中,令磅數不減反增。其實沙律醬有很多種類,如能自製特色低脂沙律醬,不但能為煮食帶來新靈感,更可令身型更健美。
Ingredient and Portion
冷麵(熟)1 1/2碗
火腿1片
蟹柳4條
昆布50克
紅蘿蔔30克
日本生醋1/3杯
橄欖油1湯匙
砂糖1湯匙
日本豉油2茶匙
Method
1. 火腿、蟹柳、昆布及紅蘿蔔切絲,用水灼熟。
2. 日本生醋、橄欖油、砂糖及日本豉油混合成汁料,另用小盒盛載,食用前才將汁料、冷麵及所有配料拌勻。
