枸杞豬潤湯

補肝明目的枸杞最啱成日用電腦的上班人及學生哥 :)
Ingredient and Portion
枸杞 半斤
豬潤 10蚊
雞蛋 1隻(發好)
薑 幾片
油 適量
Seasoning
醃豬潤調味料:
生抽 適量
老抽 適量
糖 適量
紹酒 適量
粟粉 適量
Method
1.洗枸杞,再反方向由頭到尾一次過摘枸杞葉,菜莖留下。
2.豬潤醃15分鐘。
3.煲水,水滾後放入薑片、少許油及菜莖,再煲10分鐘。
4.撈起菜莖,放入豬潤及枸杞葉,煲5﹣8分鐘。
5.下雞蛋,再加鹽調味。
Tips
1.下雞蛋可使湯滑一點
2.摘枸杞葉時要一下過由頭開始反方向向下掃,可以好快地摘晒(小心拮手!)
3.豬潤要徹底煮熟
