Ingredient and Portion
西米撈材料:
鮮雜果 1杯
西米 80克
桂花糕 1件
芝麻糕 1件

果汁底材料:
芒果 1個(可按個人喜好選用不同水果)
糖 適量(按個人喜好)
Method
1. 西米放入清水浸2小時,滾水煲至透明後熄火,焗20分鐘,用筲箕盛著以冷水沖洗,瀝乾備用;
2. 將桂花糕及芝麻糕切粒備用,芝麻糕切成較粗粒;
3. 將所有果汁底材料以攪拌器高速打勻;
4. 將西米、芝麻糕及桂花糕混在一起;
5. 在西米上淋上果汁,再鋪上鮮果即成。
