一個好容易整嘅靚靚蛋糕~!!最主要嘅材料係樂家杏仁糖同cream cheese

樂家杏仁糖 9粒
忌廉芝士 160g
糖 30g
淡忌廉 175g
雲呢拿油 1 茶匙
蛋白 1個
魚膠粉 8g
水 4湯匙
黑朱古力 30g
Method
1.將樂家杏仁糖整碎,壓入餅模,放入冰箱備用
2.蛋白打至7成
3.淡忌廉打至7成企身,放入雪箱備用
4.魚膠粉用開水浸透至溶
5.將黑朱古力用熱開水整溶
6.將已在室溫放軟的忌廉芝士和糖打滑,加入蛋白,雲呢拿油,然後攪拌
7.加入已打好的淡忌廉,輕輕攪拌
8.將黑朱古力與4湯匙的芝士糊混合
9.將3分1的芝士糊倒入模中,隨意打入朱古力糊,用竹籤畫出花紋,再倒入其餘芝士糊,在蛋糕表面用竹籤畫出理想的花紋
10.放再雪箱雪至凝固
