焗芝士蛋糕配藍莓醬

這個芝士味蛋糕口感十足,也可以配搭不同的果醬。
Ingredient and Portion
16cm

餅底:
消化餅碎100g
牛油50g

芝士蛋糕餡:
忌廉芝士190g (室溫攤軟)
雞蛋1隻
蛋黃1隻
砂糖90g
原味乳酪55g
淡忌廉100g
麵粉25g

面:
藍莓醬適量



Method
1. 牛油坐溶, 混合餅碎, 再壓實於餅模, 雪硬備用.
2. 忌廉芝士打至軟身, 逐少加入雞蛋, 蛋黃, 砂糖, 繼續打至軟滑.
3. 拌入乳酪, 忌廉及麵粉, 混入芝士糊中拌勻.
4. 倒入已圍上牛油紙的餅模至7成滿.
5. 放入已預熱的焗爐, 以180度焗將30-40mins, 焗完後留在爐內待30mins取出.
6. 待涼後鋪上藍莓餡便可.
Tips
1. 雪凍, 甚至雪過夜吃味道口感會更佳.
