日本茄子 1個
帶子(切粒) 4粒
白飯 1碗
磨菇(切片)1/2碗
甘筍(切粒)1/4碗
油 1茶匙
Seasoning
香草醬 1 1/2湯匙
鹽 少許
Method
1. 預熱焗爐至180℃/350℉。
2. 茄子洗淨,切半,用小匙挖出2/3茄肉。
3. 燒熱油,爆香帶子粒,下白飯﹑磨菇片﹑甘筍粒及茄子肉炒勻,再下調味料拌勻。
4. 把炒飯釀入茄子中焗15分鐘至茄子熟透軟身即成。
