巨型大包 2個
蘋果 1小個
芝士 2片
雞脾菇 1/2條
素豬扒 2片
牛油果蓉成份:
牛油果 1個
紅甜椒 1/3個
松子仁 少許
Seasoning
沙律醬 少許
鹽 少許
香草 少許
黑椒 少許
Method
1.先將牛油果搓蓉,加入已炒香松子仁及已炒熟的紅甜椒粒,炒紅椒粒時加少許黑椒、鹽調味,備用
2.將素扒豬煎香,備用
3.將雞脾菇煎香,加少許黑椒、鹽調味,備用
4.將巨型大包切半,烘至脆身
5.將小蘋果切片備用
6.依次序將芝士、混好沙律醬的牛油果蓉、蘋果片、素豬扒、混好沙律醬的雞脾菇片放在麵包上,再於頂層蓋上麵包
Tips
1.松子仁要略略炒香,這樣食包時就可以食到又香又脆的松子仁。
2.已切的蘋果片,如非即時使用,可能會變黑。最好用檸檬汁加水浸泡已切好的蘋果片,以防變黑。
