煮個簡單的早餐,都會是個幸福好開始。蕃茄酸酸甜甜,作為早餐,既開胃又飽肚。
Ingredient and Portion
腸仔 4條
大蕃茄 1個
Tomato sauce 2個飯碗份量
螺絲粉 大概3個飯碗份量
水 2-3個飯碗份量(湯底用)
水 稍稍蓋過螺絲粉即可(煮螺絲粉汆水用)
Seasoning
湯底用:
黑椒 少許
鹽 少許

煮螺絲粉汆水用:
Olive oil 少許
鹽 少許
Method
1. 腸仔切粒備用;大蕃茄洗淨連皮切件,如果怕有農藥,亦可去皮

2. 預備煮麵煲,煲水,待水滾後放入少許鹽和olive oil,再加入螺絲粉汆水煮至熟透(拿起一粒,整粒都是軟軟的就為之熟透),熟透後拿起倒去水,只保留螺絲粉備用

3. 將湯底用的清水煲滾,加入Tomato sauce、黑椒少許、鹽少許,再放入已切好的腸仔和大蕃茄

4. 最後待腸仔熟透後加入已準備好的螺絲粉,拌勻即可熄火上碟
