聖誕節就快到,想快點心思又簡單的話,不妨試吓做呢個,望落又靚,食落又正的蝦餅。sweet sweet的心心蝦餅好快就完成,記得俾d心機和耐性去煎靚佢,好好味架。

Ingredient and Portion
蝦膠 1份
燕麥糠2湯匙
蔥半棵(洗淨切粒備用)
注意:燕麥糠和蔥粒要放入蝦膠內攪拌好
工具:心型模一個
Seasoning
蒜蓉 兩小粒
泰式酸甜汁 適量
Method
心型蝦餅:
1. 放油落鑊,待油滚,收慢火。
2. 將心型模放在中央位置,並用鐡匙(1大1小)來將蝦膠慢慢舖在模內。
3. 中火煎短時間,調慢火。
4. 一邊熟後,用鑊剷和將模上的柄位翻向另一邊去煎。
醬汁:
1. 蒜蓉用拍拍機拍成小粒。
2. 落少量油,爆香蒜蓉粒,再加入泰式醬汁撈勻即可。
Tips
釀蝦餅入去心型模時,如是入廚初哥,建議熄火慢慢做,以免高溫燙手。
燕麥糠:係血管健康及控制膽固醇的健康食品,超市內的老人牌產品有售,每人每日70克燕麥對身體做預防心血管和膽固醇疾病之用,健康食物首選。

蝦膠:超市有售,或是自己買d蝦去殼加些少豬肉稍醃作蝦膠亦可。
