辣醬青瓜三文治

平常做三文治時我們喜歡在多士上塗點法式芥末醬,現在還可以塗上伊莉莎白辣醬喔!伊莉莎白辣醬裡原本就含有法式芥末醬,很適合與火腿、蛋、黃瓜夾成三文治,三層享受三重美味!

*若手邊沒有伊莉莎白辣醬,可換成任一帶鹹味的辣油或辣醬取代。
Ingredient and Portion
白麵包/去邊3片
火腿2片
蛋2顆
中型青瓜/切薄片1/2根
牛奶2大匙
鹽少許
胡椒少許
伊莉莎白辣醬2大匙
法式芥末醬½小匙
Method
1 混合蛋、牛奶、鹽和胡椒,在不沾鍋內用中火作成鮮奶炒蛋,取出備用。
2 取另一片麵包,抹上芥末醬並排上青瓜和火腿。
3 取一片麵包,抹上辣醬和步騶1的炒蛋。
4 將三面麵包蓋起來後,切成適當的大小即可。
