南瓜肉 350克
新鮮冬菇(切薄片)4隻
雞蛋 2 隻
橄欖油 2茶匙
乾蔥碎 少許
Seasoning
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
Method
1. 燒熱1茶匙油,爆香乾蔥碎,然後加入冬菇炒熟。
2. 將南瓜壓成茸放大碗內,拌入冬菇及雞蛋,以鹽及胡椒粉調味。
3. 燒熱1茶匙油,放入南瓜茸並壓成餅狀,用慢火煎至金黃色,反轉另一面再煎至金黃色,取出即可趁熱享用。
