心形微波爐杯 2個
自發粉 4湯匙
無糖可可粉 2湯匙
黃糖 2湯匙
菜油 3湯匙
雞蛋 1個
入爐黑朱古力粒 1湯匙
Method
1.把全部材料放入大碗,用打蛋器攪拌至幼滑狀態,
2.將溶液倒入杯至半滿(每杯約3至4湯匙),
3.放入微波爐加熱約30秒即成。
Tips
1.若麪糊太稠,可加少量牛奶調勻才分裝杯。
2.加熱時間視乎杯容量和微波爐火力,每次調節8至10秒為佳。
3.可用同份量牛油溶液代替菜油,蛋糕應該更香。不喜朱古力味可改用抹茶粉加紅豆、咖啡粉加果仁等,搭配自定。
4.始終是速食蛋糕,鬆軟度無法與焗爐焗出來的蛋糕比擬,請勿待冷才吃。
