這是一款健康素菜,當中食材甘荀含有鈣、磷、鐵等礦物質; 西芹則含有豐富的鐵質、鈉、鉀、維他命B1、B2、C,可有助降低血壓及平衡身體的水分,減少下半身水腫問題; 木耳的蛋白質含量是牛奶的6倍,多吃對身體有益,以上三種蔬菜與以魔芋為原材料的素帶子同煮,不止顏色吸引,而且有益健康。

甘荀 3條
西芹 1/2棵
木耳 1兩
素帶子 1包

Seasoning
油 2茶匙
雞粉 1茶匙
鹽 1茶匙
Method
1.甘荀、西芹洗淨切段備用。
2.木耳浸發後,撕成一小塊。
3.下2茶匙食油,先炒甘荀約10分鐘,後放1茶匙鹽及雞粉炒勻。
4.再把西芹、木耳及素帶子與甘荀同炒5分鐘上碟。
Tips
若偏愛吃腍的甘荀,炒的時間可加長至15分鐘。
