迷你版鬆餅容易入口、份量輕型,適合胃口小的你

黑朱古力150g
無鹽牛油60g
奶60ml
麵粉70g
梳打粉1/4 茶匙
鹽少許
雞蛋2隻
黃糖80g
雲呢拿油1/2茶匙
入爐朱古力粒適量
Method
1. 預熱焗爐180C。
2. 預備鬆餅焗盆或紙模(用焗盆要掃油)。
3. 麵粉、梳打粉、鹽過篩備用。
4. 隔熱水坐溶朱古力及牛油,加入牛奶拌勻。
5. 蛋雞跟糖打起,與朱古力混合,加入雲呢拿油。
6. 拌入麵粉,再放入部份朱古力粒。
7. 將麵糊放入模,將其餘朱古力粒放面。
8. 以180C焗20分鐘,取出放涼。
Tips
1. 要知鬆餅是否熟透,可以竹籤在最高處插入,取出時沒有粉漿黏附為之熟。
