這種大啡菇( Portobello Mushroom),菇味香濃,用來烤焗最好,香氣四溢,不過比較貴,只會偶爾一吃,用BB醬茄汁芝士來焗,非常簡單,完全沒難度,材料鋪好便能焗,省時方便! 買小一點的來做 party food 一流,簡單又好吃!

Ingredient and Portion
大啡菇 1隻
巴馬芝士(Parmesan)或馬蘇里拉芝士(Mozzarella)碎 1湯匙
煙肉(切碎) 1片
乾香草(如百里香、迷迭香) 各1/2 湯匙
Seasoning
BB沙律醬 1湯匙
茄汁 1湯匙
鹽、胡椒 小許
橄欖油 1/2湯匙
Method
1.原隻大啡菇以廚房紙抹乾淨,盡量不要濕水
2.預熱焗爐200度,大啡菇平均塗上茄汁
3.鋪上煙肉碎,淋上BB醬,灑上芝士、鹽、胡椒和香草,最後淋上橄欖油
4.入焗爐180度焗20分鐘至芝士金黃香脆
Tips
1.用芝士片剪碎鋪面也可
2.不加煙肉也可,用腸仔代替也可
