Besides from eating preserved beancurds with plain rice and congee like most people use to do, try using it as a seasoning in this recipe.
Ingredient and Portion
Chicken wings 1lb
preserved beancurd 3pcs
Minced garlic,minced shallots 1tsp of each
Seasoning
ginger juice 1tsp
wine 2tsp
sugar 1tsp
some pepper and sesame oil
Method
1. Mash preserved beancurd, and combine with garlic and shallots mince along with seasonings.
2. Pan fry chicken wings on pan, and add in seasoning mixture when wings are half done. Add in some water and stew over low heat and cook until sauce thickens.
