1.Heat sugarcane juice in a saucepan at low heat. Add rock sugar and cook until it dissolves (add more rock sugar according to your taste). Set aside.
2.Mix water chestnut powder and rice flour. Add to sugarcane juice. Sieve.
3.Brush the vegetable oil on plate with paper towel. Cover the tray with a thin layer of the mixed paste. Steam the paste for 2-3 minutes until it became solid. Take out and cool for few minutes. Roll, slice and spread dried osmanthus on it. Ready to serve.
