Applicants must pay for at least 50% of the total fee of the approved solution.

Merchant creates DTSPP account and submits application Cyberport notifies application results Merchant pays 50% of the fee*, and upload receipts to DTSPP portal OpenRice activates applied services for merchants Merchant confirms completion of solution delivery 12 months upon application approval

OpenRice provides one-on-one application assistance and follow up.

*if the applied solution is more than HK$100,000, the max subsidy amount is HK$50,000.
Thus, the merchant’s payable amount = total amount – HK$ 50,000.
