Do not click on any suspicious links or websites, or open unknown messages, instant messaging group chats, emails, or attachments, and avoid downloading suspicious applications.

OpenRice information will only be sent from our domain names @openrice.com / @OpenJobs.com.hk, or subdomain names @*.openrice.com (including @notice.openrice.com, @eDM.openrice.com, @members.openrice.com, etc.).

Only check your points balance and conduct any transactions by downloading the app from the official OpenRice website (www.openrice.com) or the official app store.

*The app stores include the App Store (iOS version), Play Store (Android version), or App Gallery Store (Huawei-Android version). Please note: Before entering the OTP (including manual entry or AutoFill from mobile devices), personal and credit card information for transaction authorization, check whether the input page is openrice.com (Domain) or *.openrice.com (Sub-Domain). Carefully verify the content of the message (such as merchant name, transaction type, transaction amount, and currency).

Do not enter personal or account information on unverified websites, or provide personal information to any suspicious individuals.

If you receive a suspicious phone call, you should record the caller's information, such as their name, organization, department and position, phone number, or email, and contact the relevant organization to verify the caller's identity.

Please note: Do not rely solely on caller ID to verify the caller's identity, or directly follow the methods provided by the caller for verification.
