Last time I missed their bagel. Although you cannot reserve the bagel in advance, you can message them to ask whether it is still available. That day, I was at Yoho and decided to try my luck. They said there was only 1 left so I came immediately.Besides bagel, they also have other desserts which were great(in my previous review)The bagel came and it was so cute. Besides the "patpat" appearance, they went an extra length to make the paws as well.The bagel was slightly on the firm side but tasted

 This is their signature drink "Kumori Ringo" (I initially thought it was Kuromi).  I love how the 2 layers are so distinct when it was served. It is a mixture of espresso with apple juice and it was definitely a refreshing drink during the hot weather. The spherical ice also made the drink resemble a high ball. Looking forward to try their other desserts.

早前，我睇到 Openrice social media post，才得知元朗鳳攸北街有間 Cafe <Sora Cafe> 供應哥基 Bagel！ 喜歡食 Bagel 的我也蠢蠢欲動想食！Yoho Mall 行過去都算近，走到順豐大廈地下兜個圈便找到！這裡以粉藍色為主，有幾張枱及對住出面街景的吧枱，舒適之餘又有足夠空間感！還不乏 Piffy 精品點綴！第一次5月來幫襯，可惜！哥基 pat pat Bagel 要6月先有！ 唯有，之後再幫襯！由一對年輕夫妻檔經營，食物飲品用心製作需時，食客耍耐心等候！亦因應買飲品或食品，限時用餐！Menu最特別莫過於哥基 pat pat Bagel 及某些熱飲，可加上狗仔咖啡拉花；就算我不是狗主，也值得由上環走來支持一下！蕃茄豆腐水牛芝士牛角包 $48加入水嫩的豆腐、酸甜多汁的蕃茄、輕微鹹香的水牛芝士，口味清新！Hot Mocha $38口感順喉，朱古力的甜美跟咖啡的甘香醇厚口味平衡！Tiramisu $50層次分明，味道都不錯！我又走入元朗，終於食到哥基 pat pat Bagel 嘞！ 果然不枉此行！Bagel with blueb

 還要做到有立體感及 details！

Bagel 外層口感帶香脆，包質密度高而煙韌！
