今日同朋友慶祝生日，當然餐廳就由壽星女話事啦。佢就揀了這間位於中環的樓上餐廳。餐廳燈光暗淡，富有情調，其實很適合情侶來這裡燭光晚餐加談心。咁我今晚就和壽星女談一談心啦。有兩款餐包於坐下後就會端上。有一款是芝士薄餅，而另一款是鬆軟麵包，蘸上黑醋橄欖油，醒胃。這沙律比坊間的特別，因為所有配配料可因應自己口味去調較。完成品帶子大大粒，新鮮爽口，加上淡淡的番茄湯，鮮味更岀。慢煮過後的豬扒，可保留更多水份，肉質軟腍。豬扒很厚，吃下啖啖肉。顏色很鮮豔，有一塊薯餅，和蔬菜很夾。鴨肉軟腍，每一條寬條意粉都沾滿了醬汁，這意粉比平時吃的還要寬，口感很正，濃濃的番茄味，我至愛最喜歡這個甜品，蕉糖很脆，很厚，和軟滑的燉蛋一起吃，很有口感，而且又不會太甜，朋友讚不絕口。

Wanna spend a fancy night with him so we went to Central and booked this restaurant. As we look for somewhere private and nice so we got here. It's a fine dining restaurant in Stanley 11. The restaurant is nicely designed with grand settings and not too spacious so it feels quite private too! We ordered a dinner set and another main course for two of us as we ain't aiming at eating too much after the whole day of work. The prices of main course are fair and many options available.
