The weather is hot so didn't have appetite for lunch...so I had a light lunch with my colleagues and headed for some desserts Haven't been there since the renovation...they have some new cakes now!!!We had lychee dome and tiramisulychee dome is good for summer...the lychee flavour made me feel cooler but it's not very stong...just about right~Tiramisu is good but not as surprising as the lychee dome

黎到 Patisserie Tony Wong 既另一間 location:試了三款精緻蛋糕。因為買完拎走, 所以職員好細心喺蛋糕盒裡面附上 an ice pack,可以 keep 住溫度凍一點, 如果唔係, 外面既天氣實在太熱, 會影響蛋糕既品質。Mixed Berries Napoleon:上面鋪滿 raspberries, blackberries, 同士多啤梨。一層層酥皮夾住 some custard。Custard 好 thick, 但唔會太甜。Lychee Dome:賣相好靚既蛋糕。雪白色既 dome cake with 一塊玫瑰花瓣。鮮紅色同白色有一個強烈既對比, 仲點上一小片金箔作點綴。切開裡面有香滑既 cream 加上整粒既 raspberry。下面仲有一層餅乾 crust, 不過略嫌唔夠脆身。我認為最具創意係叫 Cardinal 既蛋糕:層次好豐富, 喺第二度無見過咁既蛋糕配搭。間住間住有一條條 lady fingers 同 meringue (脆蛋白)。另有一層苦苦, 幾挺身既 coffee jelly。下面又一層咖啡味道既 buttercream。最特別就係仲有
