Initially we wanted to try Chaat but it was fully booked so we chose another restaurant at Rosewood, Henry.The bread came first and it was quite surprising that besides butter, ham was included as well.For starters we ordered Roasted Bone Marrow. HENRY位置響Rosewood 5樓，同層嘅BAYFARE SOCIAL同CHAAT試過都好出色，今晚嚟試埋佢地嘅扒房🥩。店員安排我地坐半圓梳化座，寬敞舒服，枱與枱之間有充足距離。好快就送上餐前小食，帶有咸香嘅Prama Ham，酸種麵包𥚃面保持濕潤無被風乾，附上幼滑海鹽牛油。隨即店員會介紹唔同部位嘅牛扒🥩俾你選擇，非常詳盡。🔸Spanish Red Prawn 🦐西班牙紅蝦用牛油烤過後仍然保持肉質鮮嫩，沾少少濃郁嘅蝦膏更加能夠帶出紅蝦嘅鮮味。餐廳充滿儀式感，店員會響客人面前淋上威士忌🥃滿足視覺享受之餘，香氣四溢滿足埋嗅覺享受，聞到炭火烤過後嘅肉香，不禁令人更期待。🔸Signature Whiskey Flambé (large format) Delmonico M8-9🥩酒精揮發過後，店員會拎返入廚房切件擺盤上碟。我地揀咗medium rare，廚師控制火候同生熟度啱啱好。不忘加咗個蟹餅，蟹肉一梳一梳的🦀牛扒入口肉質極之嫩滑，牛脂溶化響口中非常濃郁。先食牛扒近邊位置，品嘗到炭火香烤微焦嘅香味🔥，味道豐富而且滿足了唔同嘅味蕾。店員有介紹唔同嘅醬汁去配牛扒，但個人認為配最簡單嘅海鹽同
