If you're looking for an authentic Japanese izakaya experience at CWB, JunG39 JAPAN is the place to be. This cozy yet lively spot brings the true essence of Japanese dining, offering an impressive selection of skewers, premium alcohol, and creative delicacies that will transport you straight to the streets of Tokyo. We started the meal with the Bacon Potato Salad with Wasabi Cream in Wafers—a delightful fusion of creamy, smoky, and spicy flavors wrapped in a crisp wafer shell. The wasabi cream adds a gentle heat that perfectly balances the richness of potato.For a refreshing contrast, the Sashimi Dill Salad is a must-try. Fresh sashimi slices are delicately paired with aromatic dill, bringing a light and herbaceous touch to your palate. Jumbo Prawn Meat Cutlet is such a seafood version of scotch egg. A crispy delight that bursts with umami inside. Meanwhile, the Salmon and Salmon Roe Pot Rice , offers traditional Japanese experience, with freshly boiled rice made in front of you, I recommend to add hot green tea to make it even more heartwarming.For meat enthusiasts, the Sliced Duck Roast delivers a tender, flavorful bite with shred green onion remind me of peking duck . 高質日式料理今日同老婆去左銅鑼灣串カツ專門店,一入店內好有日本居酒屋既感覺,適合三五知己一邊食野一邊傾計,而且食物質素亦係非常好👍🥗海鮮沙律 沙律配上海鮮魚生粒,搭配各種新鮮蔬菜,打卡影相一流,蔬菜新鮮爽脆,海鮮魚生粒口感柔嫩,口感非常清新,適合作為開胃菜。🌿🍲博多牛腸鍋 呢道二人份的牛腸鍋選用了醬油湯底,湯底濃郁但不會過鹹,牛腸煮得剛好,軟糯而不油膩,配搭的蔬菜吸滿湯汁後更添美味,適合喜歡濃味的朋友。👌🐙Omelette Tako Yaki 章魚燒外脆內嫩,與焗蛋芝士明太子沙律醬的搭配非常出色。芝士的濃郁與明太子的微辣交織出豐富的層次,每一口都充滿驚喜,是我最鐘意小食之一。🧀🍢炸串 炸串選擇多樣,包括五花肉、冬菇、南瓜、多春魚、雞軟骨,每一串都炸得金黃酥脆。五花肉多汁不膩,冬菇鮮甜,南瓜軟糯,多春魚香脆,雞軟骨則好有咬口。👍🍣A4 和牛壽司 和牛壽司的牛肉質地極其嫩滑,入口即化,壽司飯同和牛好夾,好好味!🍫朱古力心太軟 朱古力心太軟有流心底同朱古力的濃香,甜而不膩🎉🍺麒麟生啤 冰凍的麒麟生啤,清涼解渴,啤酒香氣濃郁,三五知己一邊飲酒食野一邊傾計,氣氛好好! 继续阅读
