Despite being astonished by the colourful appearance at first, the 𝐗𝐢𝐚𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐛𝐚𝐨 was really amazing with a extremely thin wrapper enveloping the tender and juicy pork filling ( ´▽ ` )ノ 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐥𝐞 flavour was my bias – seasoned with truffle sauce, a single bit of the dumpling skin and meat gave a strong and pungent truffle aroma!! Also reccomend this 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐬 & 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩, a simple clear broth filled with the rich umami flavour of the sea ( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎.感覺最近油尖旺區開了不少這類港式點心店, 價格比一般的茶樓便宜很多, 食物質素也不錯 – 不用HKD100能吃得到花膠鮑魚, CP值很高呢(*¯︶¯*) 三色小籠包超有驚喜!! 剛上桌時有被鮮艷的外表嚇到 (顏色好像小時候玩的泥膠….) 但皮薄多肉汁, 三款口味都很好吃 ( ´▽` )ノ 松露尤其出色 - 肉餡加入了不少松露醬, 一咬開外皮松露香撲鼻而來!! 個人認為比起另一家彩色小籠包連鎖店(大家知道我說哪一家吧 ˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵) 的松露小籠包要好吃的多!! 鮮花甲粉絲湯蜆肉份量不少, 清淡之餘帶鮮味, 也很推薦!//.◌ ◍ ◯ ⊙ ◌

今晚去左超級多人排隊等位的中式點心餐廳。去到6:00已經有超多人等位。我和朋友叫左籠仔蒜蓉龍蝦配帶子飯(半隻)值得推薦之一龍蝦肉質鮮嫩,蒜蓉的香氣與海味融合,搭配帶子。飯則粒粒分明。適合海鮮愛好者。麥味雞蛋散(3件)超級大件,每一件雞蛋散都外脆內軟,雞蛋的鮮香味道濃郁芝麻蝦多士(3件)最好食就係呢個芝麻蝦多士,上面有好多好多芝麻,多士外皮酥脆,內裡蝦肉鮮甜,10分推介芥末鵪鶉蛋燒賣(2件)呢個燒賣好值得推薦,鵪鶉蛋與芥末微辣相互襯托,口感新穎香茜牛肉腸牛肉腸的口感扎實,每一口都帶來豐富的肉味楊枝甘露(凍)Tonight, I went to a dim sum restaurant that had a long line of people waiting for a table. 喺尖沙咀返工嘅朋友帶我去佢平日嘅飯堂—「樂意點心 」,最正係佢有個全日供應嘅飯餐,$68起,包一客籠仔蒸飯,及滋潤燉湯,啱晒無飯家庭。😇😎除咗抵食健康飯餐,點心都好有特色,而且仲好高質!🔸越式米網炸兩腸($35)其實係越式炸春卷嘅變奏版!🥰越南春卷外皮炸脆,裏面餡料豐富,有蝦仁、紅白蘿蔔、紫椰菜等,面頭包上軟滑腸粉,層次感豐富。🔹三色小籠包($35)賣相吸引😍,啱晒打卡📸!一籠有齊三隻味道:原味、川辣和松露,即叫即蒸,外皮唔會太厚,餡料鮮嫩多汁,值得一試!😏🔸芥末鵪鶉蛋燒賣($20/ 2粒)‼推薦‼平時鵪鶉蛋燒賣食得多,芥末味真係第一次試。😂雖然$10/粒,但勝在個頭大,裏面有原粒鵪鶉蛋和原隻鮮蝦,芥末味唔會嗆喉,反而令味道更有層次。🔹蘿蔔絲酥($20/ 2件)‼推薦‼香脆可口嘅酥皮包着軟腍嘅蘿蔔絲,外脆內軟,清甜美味。🔸籠仔蒜蓉龍蝦配帶子飯($105)‼推薦‼有半隻龍蝦🦞,肉質爽彈,雖然未到好新鮮個種,😏 帶子幾大隻幾新鮮,不過如果多一兩粒會更好!好欣賞個飯超入味!蒜蓉🧄香氣四溢。🔹香芋椰汁紫米露($23)‼推薦‼真材實料,味道相當不錯!☺️$23就有個甜品,好抵!💕既有香芋、椰汁的香滑,又有紫米粗纖維口感。香甜軟糯、 回味無窮!
