今晚去了荃灣食米線，舖頭超級多人，好多人都要等位。我和朋友叫左：-雲家米線米線配料十分豐富，包含了腐竹、冬菇、雞絲、雞翼、魚春卷、螺旋草、腸仔、芽菜、酸菜、韮菜、蔥和芫茜。每種配料都為整體風味增添了層次感。首先腐竹吸收湯底的精華，冬菇提升了整道菜的風味。雞絲和雞翼肉質鮮嫩。仲有魚春卷-牛腩小窩米線（酸辣BB辣）牛腩煮得十分軟爛，肉質鮮嫩，充分吸收了湯底的精華，口感滑順。清脆芽菜為整道菜增添了爽口感，平衡了牛腩油膩。韮菜香氣與湯底味道相融，為菜餚增添了層次感。芫茜提升了整體風味。麻辣金錢肚口感脆嫩，搭配麻辣醬汁，使其更加入味Tonight, I went to Tsuen Wan to eat rice noodles, and the place was super crowded, with many people waiting for seats.My friend and I ordered:- Signature Rice Noodles The rice noodles came with a rich variety of ingredients, including dried tofu, mushrooms, shredded chicken, chicken wings, fish spring rolls, spiral grass, sausages, bean sprouts, pickled cabbage, chives, scallions, and coriander. Each ingredient added layers of flavor to the overall dish. First, the dried tofu absorbed the essence of the broth, while the mushrooms enhanced the flavor of the entire dish. The shredded chicken and chicken wings were tender, and there were also fish spring rolls.- Braised Beef Brisket Rice Noodles (Sour and Spicy BB) The beef brisket was cooked to a tender consistency, absorbing the essence of the broth, resulting in a smooth texture. The crispy bean sprouts added a refreshing crunch to balance the richness of the beef. The aroma of the chives blended well with the broth, adding depth to the dish. The coriander enhanced the overall flavor. The spicy tripe had a crispy and tender texture, complemented by the spicy sauce, making it even more flavorful.

荃灣這間米線店果然名不虛傳，成為區內唯一需要排隊的米線店也不是沒原因。而我更是港島過來的支持者。湯底有酸辣、麻辣和唔辣選擇，迎合不同口味。份量非常足，價錢相當親民，CP值爆表！餸菜選擇超多，我們點了蘿蔔、腩肉和魚肉春卷等。蘿蔔清甜，煮得夠入味，腩肉軟嫩帶油香，魚肉春卷外脆內滑，絕對值得推介！小食方面，台式香腸鹹甜適中，帶點炭燒香氣，炸雞翼外酥內嫩，兩者都是香口惹味。整體來說，無論是湯底還是配料都表現出色，難怪吸引人潮！

今日嚟到位於荃灣嘅雲家食飯，行間係一間好出名嘅米線舖，佢哋呢最特別嘅地方就係份量較大，價錢又平。佢依度嘅米線都有幾多選擇，除咗米線之外仲有紅薯粉可以揀添，味道方面，有麻辣，酸辣等等唔同嘅味道。另外，佢亦都可以揀涼拌或者熱伴米線或者紅薯粉，所以配搭都幾多。小窩米線呢個米線我加配咗紫菜，加上米線個湯底都幾清甜，令到個米線入口唔會覺得太過鹹，感覺上比較健康。炸豬扒豬扒都幾大塊，炸完之後唔會冇晒肉汁，外皮亦都夠香脆，另外成塊豬扒唔會炸得太過油膩，啱啱好。墨魚嘴墨魚咀下另一道幾特別嘅菜式，每一粒墨魚嘴都幾有口感，配埋佢特製嘅醬汁一齊食，都幾有風味呀。整體嚟講，我覺得今餐嘅食物質素都唔錯，加上價錢夠平，所以中午過嚟食都好多人

#雲家小鍋米線actually its very famous place.everytime i cross by. seeimg many people queuing. i dont know why. finally taste it.price is cheap. quality is good.i ordered 2 baic noodles.with two separate dishes.1) octopus heads2) galic pork belly slice.two flavour are similar. all are Garlic, chilly oil. sour vinegar and soy sauce.plus the food are too oily.i feel so 濟 when eating it.plus the noodle stirring are too much oil.all the food combination are oil. salty. spicy.hmmmmm i need drink plenty of water when getting home...will comeback long time after... cheers🥹

1348落外賣，app寫1411外賣自取有得拎1411問收銀有外賣拎未佢叫我問入面（出餐隔黎張枱）我行到入去，一個捧住兩碟小食既侍應勁大聲「嘖」我我明飯鐘多單我都唔係鍾意行入餐廳阻住條路但咁樣嘖客係勁無禮貌荃灣好多好食既餐廳真係唔會揀間拎個外賣都要俾人嘖既黎食同埋拎外賣果陣，都見到枱面上仲有4、5袋等客/外送員拎既外賣如果唔想客/外送員入餐廳問既話，可以app到show返可取餐, instead of 備餐中或者可以將外賣放近d門口，咪唔洗客/外送員行入餐廳阻住你侍應大姐做野
