Hanging out in Tin Hau area today and came across with this beef brisket place. When we arrived at around 2pm there was still a line. However, we only have to wait for around 10 minutes for a table so it wasn’t a long wait. The brisket was awesome as it was very juicy and soft. We ordered the Bun-Sa-Nam, which is comparatively more expensive than others but totally worth the price. The noodle bowl also comes with turnips, which gives a balance to the taste of the noodle. The brisket was awesome as it was very juicy and soft. We ordered the Bun-Sa-Nam, which is comparatively more expensive than others but totally worth the price. The noodle bowl also comes with turnips, which gives a balance to the taste of the noodle.
Aside from the noodles, we also ordered vegetables on the sides. There are four sauces to choose from and we chose oyster sauce on the sides. The vegetable type varies from time to time to make sure to ask the server for the choice of vegetables!
To ease the thirst, we ordered a coke and it was $10 a bottle.
The overall dining experience was great and we would definitely come back for another time!
