着装要求：敬请避免穿着健身运动服（包括背心及运动裤）和沙滩服饰（包括人字拖，凉鞋及塑胶鞋）进入餐厅用餐 香港半岛酒店一向以客人的健康及安全为先。因应政府最新公布的「疫苗通行证」及社交距离措施，客人必须于进入酒店、餐厅及其设施时使用「安心出行」流动应用程式扫描场所二维码及出示已接种三剂或第二剂 (接种未满六个月) 2019冠状病毒疫苗纪录、疫苗接种医学豁免证明书或康复纪录。酒店餐厅的每台人数上限为八位，而半岛酒吧的每台人数上限为四位。
所有进入半岛酒吧的客人、于酒店餐厅或宴会场地参与八人以上宴会活动的客人必须出示过去24小时内进行快速抗原测试所得的阴性结果证明。相片必须显示阴性结果、客人姓名、测试日期和时间。

First time dinner at the lobby of the peninsula taking advantage of the birthday offer: one complimentary birthday set dinner plus a complimentary birthday cake when ordering set dinner menus for four or more.It was a delightful four-course dinner starting with the bread basket. Here comes my Starter, tuna tartare with avocado, which was refreshing and set a great tone for the meal. For the main courses, we picked different dishes for sharing. Surprisingly, the chicken roll was a standout, exceeding my expectations with its flavour, texture and presentation.The others weren’t bad but didn’t particularly stand out.The highlight was the dessert and complimentary birthday cake. It was delicious and beautifully presented. Paired with the signature Peninsula tea, it provided a lovely conclusion to our meal.One of my favorite aspects of the evening was the cozy environment, complemented by live music that created a relaxing atmosphere. The service was warm and welcoming, adding to the overall experience.

以前總不明白點解有D酒店可以貴得起，一個平日的晚上，我黎到半島酒店大堂，犒賞一下自己，做下上等人🤣當你一行入黎酒店大堂，真係會覺得成個人高級晒，好鍾意酒店保留左一種好西式而又傳統之感覺，一坐底，燈光又暗沉，即使客人不多，酒店依然有安排現場奏音樂，聽住個現場演奏，高級感又再Level Up🤣🩷打開Menu一望，茶水都唔平，百幾元一壺Tea，但勝在茶種夠晒獨特，有馬鞭草茶、瑞士香草茶等等，list out埋個療效，你又會覺得服氣的。茶水order左，叫埋個dessert.. 都成2XX 一個甜品，我要左個Dark Chocolate口味的，呢個dessert真是深得我心，起初我都覺得好貴，但呢個味道又確係令我心服口服：一個甜品，賣相靚之餘，入面有tiramisu cream，口感幼似雪糕，淡淡甜味食好多都OK！入面仲有D脆餅，好balance好有咬口，個底係chocolate brownie 濃郁得黎同樣不太甜，一個dessert可以睇得出半島個品味🔥👍🏻，貴得黎我係好開心好滿足！半島即係半島！服呀！😎

見係拍拖日 就同老公去食半島酒店點知…..係失望而回 餐飯係食環境 重點唔係食物到😮💨卡邦尼通粉- 唔夠汁 通粉仲要無咩味 鹽落得唔夠到我先生叫既牛柳，一般般，又係無咩味表面煎得唔夠香，侍應無問我地要唔要其他醬 我叫先生加啲鹽算成餐飯中 我同先生都覺得最好食係雪糕👍要提既係 怕凍既話 記得唔好坐近門口位，酒店會周不時開門 啲凍風吹埋黎時 真係會令你食快啲 快啲走🫣真係要讚既係👍當時卜位時 接線生好有禮貌 有問要唔要寫啲msg，而我最後揀佐唔使。仲有大堂啲鮮花好靚❤️🥰
