半熟工房 (已結業)

半熟工房已經喺香港開咗一段時間，似乎分店越開越多，都好受香港人歡迎，芝士蛋糕又香又滑，小朋友好鍾意佢嘅芝士味，半熟芝士撻絕對係鎮店之寶，每次幫親總會叫返一兩個芝士撻，好食嘅地方係新鮮熱辣辣焗起，牛油味香濃，芝士味獨特，食過返尋味。芝士蛋糕仲有其他味道。綠茶、朱古力......總有一款啱你。今日過去將軍澳調景嶺明愛專上學院辦個課程證書手續，途經都會站這間分店，見到佢新產品出了個綠茶軟雪糕，不過趕住返屋企，未有時間試，賣相都不錯，下次一定要試下呢。

😋手信篇——日本🇯🇵收到朋友嘅手信係一件好温馨好warm嘅事，因為代表佢去旅行嗰時有掛住你💞嚟緊會post下小編s試嘅各國手信！來自日本嘅半熟芝士蛋糕，其實用蛋糕嚟形容唔太貼切？因為佢入口即溶，似係芝士梳乎厘/布丁/Jelly🙀芝士嘅濃淡就比喜茶拿捏得好太多，係太多數人可接受嘅芝士🧀🐭下午茶食番件半熟芝士蛋糕實在係太歎喇！Btw，其實香港尖沙咀都好似已經有分店😂😂分數（五星滿分）：⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hanjuku Kobo has never appealed to me because I just don't eat these weird cheese tarts.I am a cake person so when these chiffon series were displayed I had to try them.There were so many flavours but clearly the hazelnut and the Earl Grey were my picks.Got the Earl Grey cake which was only $28 so it was a pretty good deal.I was really impressed because the cake was light and soft. It was moist and not too sweet with a strong Earl Grey aroma.The cream on top was also pleasing as it was not too h
