位於繁華的香港中環，印尼1968餐廳以其悠久的歷史和正宗的印尼美食聞名。自1968年開業以來，這家老字號餐廳已由創始人的家族第三代繼續經營，2023年八月更在中環自動扶梯下重開門戶，為城中食客帶來經典而創新的印尼菜肴。作為一個長期被印尼料理文化包圍的飲食愛好者，我特意前往這家新落成的地點品嘗他們所推廣的兩款代表性菜品：「咖喱魚飯(Catch of the Day)」和「黃薑雜錦飯」。首先談談「咖喱魚飯」，這道菜的魚肉每天清晨由主廚親自到魚市場挑選，確保食材的新鮮與高質。魚肉經過精心烹調，保留了鮮美的原味，而加入的印尼特製咖喱醬則使整道菜肴的風味層次豐富，辛香但不過火，對於喜愛海鮮與南亞香料的食客來說，絕對是一大享受。接下來是「黃薑雜錦飯」，這道菜的米飯使用了黃薑進行調味，米飯本身的顏色與香味便已令人垂涎。配菜包括印尼炸雞、酸辣蝦和薯仔牛肉餅，每一樣都有自己獨特的口味，但合在一起卻意外地和諧。炸雞外脆內嫩，酸辣蝦則帶有適量的辣度和酸味，非常開胃；而薯仔牛肉餅則軟綿且充滿肉味，增加了整體的飽足感。這樣的组合不僅令人食指大動，也讓人對印尼的多元飲食文化有更深的了解。印尼1968餐廳的裝修風格

某日行過中環扶手電梯樓下， 見到新開一間印尼餐廳🇮🇩walk in 試下 ， 有朋友之後黎過坐近門口就比較熱， 但今次我地落左地下一層別有洞天👀好似去左酒吧咁chill 🍸 Lunch set 連加一 最平都HKD130起跳 ，包頭盤同主菜， 飲品都冇， 唔算平。 不過頭盤有印尼沙律，粟米餅同炸魚餅， 都幾豐富‼️ 印尼沙律係肉醬撈啲芽菜咁， 冇平日沙律咁開胃但都幾有特色～ 粟米餅炸得脆卜卜又甜甜地 🌽 印尼特別炒飯跟沙嗲、日本太陽蛋和印尼蝦片 HKD 168 跟埋2串雞 ， 幾滑， 炒飯都幾好食 ，有時食東南亞菜好怕啲嘢太濃味，但呢間剛好！ 印尼沙嗲拼盤跟蕉葉飯團（雞肉和豬肉沙嗲）HKD168 幾欣賞呢啲串燒肉粒大小適中、 火喉控制幾好， 唔會好乾柴， 沙嗲醬另外跟埋酸酸甜甜既青瓜蘿蔔絲比你清下味蕾！ 蕉葉飯團比較有趣， 軟綿綿， 個樣似玉子豆腐， 係面有啲炸椰絲有少少甜味。 但我地都一般呢種飯團🤣 黄薑雜錦飯（印尼炸雞，酸辣蝦，薯仔牛肉餅） HKD168 炸雞有半隻，冇炸漿似燒個種，幾滑。 薯仔牛肉餅就偏淡， 薯蓉多牛肉少。 除左有蝦仲有半隻炸蛋，如果3 個lunch set 都係

今日中午去咗一間令我覺得好好食嘅地方呢間位於中環電梯下面食印度尼西亞菜，佢係有午市套餐加杯嘢飲要加錢，包括有黃薑飯，新加坡喇沙等等，仲有前菜,百幾蚊就已經覺得好豐富

同幾個朋友好耐冇見揀咗呢間新開嘅印尼餐廳去過以前嗰間但新裝修呢一間好味D,製作有誠意。裝修同埋感覺都好乾淨，好似去咗一間高級印尼餐廳。頭盤食咗個沙律，串燒，corn cake 主菜：印尼烤雞，印尼炒飯，印尼炒麵，黃薑飯配咖喱魚每一道菜都比我預期好好送飯，特別係串燒配啤酒一流今個禮拜五同朋友慶祝生日都可以再嚟多次一定要食牛肉串燒，因為真係超級好食。唔知佢點煮

串燒好好味，唔乾柴！ 好想再食🤪蝦沙律配碌柚 好開胃解暑，蝦好好味，唔似出面啲‘打咗針’食落爽口既假新鮮蝦！印尼炒飯辣辣地，唔會乾口，好入口，味道入晒每粒飯！粟米餅既辣醬好正，好過癮，鍾意辣既人岩晒，辣唔會停好耐我怕辣 但以上都入到口 唔會辣親條利，好好味間餐廳位唔多，walk in有機會要等，最好打電話卜定先！餐廳裝潢簡潔雅致，氣氛好舒服，會讓人感到舒適。喺中環地方食飯唔叫貴，服務又非常出色，職員友善又專業，店內衛生都好好！

餐廳設計幾特別 總共有兩層 上層係open restaurant可以望住閣麟街 好似夜晚過來飲下野食下飯都幾chill👀餐廳員工都似印尼人 仲用印尼文同我打招呼😎咁時間既打工仔留意返 我唔清楚係唔係個別例子但係今次用餐我哋都等左幾耐先上菜🥺（+30分鐘）味道係唔錯的 但係最好預鬆少少時間🏃🏻我哋點左lunch set 包個頭盤 — 豆角+芽菜 配沙爹醬 幾好食 個沙爹醬好香同埋好重花生味🥜 而且豆角無過熟配埋芽菜脆脆哋 Nasi Goreng Special🍚 ($168)呢個係印尼炒飯 我覺得個飯底普通 味道未去到超級濃烈 偏重醬油味 而且裡面材料唔係好多🍙 飯偏向淋 無話炒到粒粒分明 唔肯定印尼炒飯同埋港式炒飯係唔係有呢個分別好彩側邊個沙爹醬拯救左個飯🤩 個醬係有粒粒花生 而且好杰 簡直係肥仔既味道👅 雞肉串都超級重香茅味 好香口 仲要邊邊燒得好香炭味😍再者炒飯上面既煎蛋🍳都好出色 煎到個邊脆脆哋 唯獨美中不足係我個隻蛋無流心🥲 邊邊個塊蝦片都好脆 而且幾重蝦味🦐 Laksa Laut🍜 ($158) 呢個係我朋友點的 係海鮮椰汁叻沙蝦湯🫶🏻我個人覺得湯底偏淡 唔係好濃味 清清哋

Superb ambience and very nice authentic Indonesian cuisine! Definitely enjoyed my experience there and would recommend this to anyone who wanted to try delicious, authentic Indonesian food with a nice, friendly ambience. Their chicken satay is juicy, with the meat skewered to the right level of “charred” and tenderness. Another must try is their “mee goreng” or Indonesian fried noodles, which has a very nice tasty blend of sweetness, saltiness and spice - one of the best that I’ve eaten so far!

a wonderful dinning experience. Loved the variety of dishes served in small portions allowing more adventure on exploring the menu. we went there as a group and sat downstairs, it was an awesome lively environment (as u expect soho to be) but not crazy noisy. loved the ambiance and vibe. the waiters were super attentive. we didnt know what to order so asked them to recommend us dishes, they just asked us what we didn't eat and how much chilli we could handle, then went ahead with helping us pick the food. loved every dish he recommended, esp the curry fish! we kept the curry after we finished the fish so we could dip roti in

I have always been a fan of 1968! Love their new location, new renovation and friendly staff.With this new location I feel they have “upped their game” in terms of refining the Indonesian cuisine even more! Had the best authentic Indonesian food in hk! I used to go to this Resto when it was at L place and the food is even better now in this new location! Must try the satays, chicken, fish curry and stir fried noodles. The owner and staffs are very friendly, the place is very cozy and it’s a great place for hh or dinner with some friends! Price is very reasonable for Central as the quality of the food is superb. I would definitely come visit again.

I was so excited when I heard that the restaurant reopened after a break. Now it's located on the ground floor, with a spacious area just below the escalator. They still serve their signature dishes, and the satay cooked on a charcoal grill is absolutely divine! And we can never go wrong with their flavorful nasi goreng. The food is fantastic, and the service is super friendly. I also love the new decor—it's simple yet warm, with a nice touch of friendliness. I can't wait to visit more often!

My wife & I booked a table for two - 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived, the owner allocated us a table at the basement level which he hosted a party of 16 persons. The basement is so small with low ceiling & plus a bar. What annoyed us was - the party of 16 pax treated the place like its own private function.
