间唔中会同屋企人去合时小厨食饭,食物水准不错!当晚四个人,order咗以下菜式:杏汁猪肺汤 - 以前我唔饮杏汁汤,但合时真系煲得好好味,味道香浓,饮落好暖胃。虾多士 - 炸到金黄色,配埋个酸甜酱,好开胃。小炒皇 - 必试嘅招系牌菜,好有镬气,重点系炸咗嘅鱼仔。千层咕噜肉 - 外皮酥脆,内里软嫩,酸甜度适中,大人细路都啱食。茶皇鸡 - 皮香肉嫩,带有淡淡嘅豉油味,令人回味无穷。花雕鸡油蒸马友 - 又系必试嘅招牌菜,鱼肉鲜嫩,配埋浓郁嘅鸡油同酒香,非常惹味。大虾煎肠粉 - 重点系瓦煲煎到超香口嘅肠粉,仲好入味。猪扒饭 - 好食,但永远食唔晒,要打包。

过年同朋友梗系要食好啲,来到合时小厨私房菜,系信心嘅保证。当然点了招牌菜式-鸡油花雕蒸马友-不会令人失望的美味小炒王 - 吃得出的镬气红烧乳鸽 - 配红酒,无敌姜葱大虾炒肠粉底-可能系最好食嘅肠粉😂又试了新菜式-自家制豆腐 -豆腐加了菜,很清新红酒牛尾煲 -重口味之选椒盐鲍鱼- 大大只,好有肉,香口,送酒一流膏蟹蒸肉饼 -呢个系惊喜,系澎湃既蟹膏呀!饮饱食醉,最后权哥惊喜现身,妙语连珠,大家哈哈大笑,过年真开心🥳

Dinner organised by Whisky KOL. Whisky KOL said this kind of dinner gatherings are reserved by Kuen Gor for the closest and dearest patrons. As she is not a first timer, she requested for a menu that is different from the usual one which I appreciated. 芥末海鲜黄金卷 To start. Beautifully deep fried with a tinge of mustard in the filling, lifting up the entire flavour profile. I like this better than the usual prawn toast that is perpetually thick and too heavy for starters.黑松露玻璃虾球 Another highlight for me. Prawn had a nice bouncy texture and the black truffle sauce had a bit of shrimp paste added to the mix to bring out the umami in the prawn. 大斑两味 fair execution. Nothing particularly noteworthy.京城酱烧骨 Nicely marinated姜葱鲍鱼肠粉煲 Another highlight for me. Abalone properly tenderised. Balanced flavours and wok hei packed. 鲜人参金华玉树鸡生拆蟹粉扒豆胚砂锅鲍汁鸡粒烩饭怀旧西米布甸Overall, the meal started strong but not so much as the meal progressed. Would revisit if a regular invites me.

想食咗合时小厨好耐 终于集齐人一访佢哋喺天后新开嘅私房菜 提早两个月已经订位 到访前两日喺电话预订想食嘅菜式 特别叫定咗杏汁白肺汤 芝士焗猪扒饭 同埋最出名嘅虾多士第一道上菜嘅系杏汁白肺汤 份量好大 建议如果细食嘅女仔两个人share一份会比较好 我哋每人叫咗一盅基本上饮咗一半已经饱左50% 杏汁白肺汤嘅口感好浓郁 饮得出用料好足够 猪肺都洗得好干净 每一件都系白雪雪第二道上菜嘅系最出名嘅虾多士 虾同多士嘅比例系9:1 满满扎实弹牙嘅虾滑 多士嘅脆只系作点缀之用 份量好大 基本上一件已经够晒!第三度最推介嘅系猪扒饭 猪扒大大块 好松化 完全唔会难咬 猪扒嘅量仲多过饭 上枱嘅时候一整盆喺你面前分 芝士嘅量好充足 基本上都系食唔晒 我哋打包咗一大半整体嚟讲 其他嘅𩠌菜个人觉得还好 可以睇自己口味选择 杏汁白肺汤 虾多士 猪扒饭真系必叫 茶皇鸡同千层咕噜肉就睇自己口味啦 个人觉得一般般啦 同埋要留意嘅系佢哋份量偏大 如果几个女仔建议叫少啲 唔够再加单
