有日經過太安樓，突然冇idea食咩小食，所以決定搵一間餐廳坐低。我覺得係太安樓要搵地方坐低食都幾異類，心目中太安樓既立食小食形象太深入民心了。但冇計，雙腳太累，一定要坐，所以就入左名廚。店內人客不太多，但都不乏街坊客。我地點了沙嗲牛肉炒河和星州炒米，凍奶茶同檸茶。首先比個問題大家估，你覺得沙嗲牛肉炒河定星州炒米辣D？開估：我朋友不吃辣的，但他點的沙嗲牛肉炒河居然比我的星州炒米還要辣！驚喜吧！他們的牛肉肉積一般，不過沙嗲的確惹味！可惜的地方是，他們把兩杯飲品少冰和少甜對調了

Went here for a quick lunch.I didn't really like the beef noodles because it had a burnt taste.The chicken fared better and the spring onion sauce was really good because the chicken was silky and fresh.

今日完左祟拜, 去左太安樓行吓, 太安樓實在太多美食。 每行幾步就聞到香味, 越行就越肚餓，又係醫肚嘅時候。這裡大部份都是小食檔, 終於揾到一間係有座位嘅"名廚"。 在門口看到午餐只係$32有飯有湯好抵食, 一於試下。 名廚地方不大, 座位有限, 整齊而且清潔，每枱上更有紙巾供應使用，甫坐下，便有人奉上茶水及例湯，十分細心。我㸃了牛肉炒河, 例湯是合掌瓜瘦肉湯。 合掌瓜瘦肉湯很清甜。 沒有加入味精, 喝後不會口乾。牛肉炒河跟一般的不同, 不是干炒是濕炒, 份量頗大碟, 河粉吸收了醬汁非常入味, 牛肉切得薄, 煮得很腍，我吃得津津有味。 這裡雖然没有特別的菜式，但以服務,食物味道及價錢來吸引客人， 還是卓卓有餘。

Again, I am trying to try all the joints at Tai O Building so this was the next one.When I went in I nearly skidded because the floor was covered in grease and you can see the marks after you walk on it.The lunch sets are really good because they include soup and a main for $30 only.The chicken and rice was a big portion but half of it was bones and chicken skin, the spring onion and ginger puree was good because it was finely chopped and not too salty which went well with the rice and chicken.A

太安樓本身咁多嘢食，真係唔荒餓親。呢間名廚新開3，4個星期，我同屋企人食過好幾次啦！就黎做左飯堂 呢到 鹵水好夠味，唔會咸。 重點係真係有鹵水鵝， 唔係出面一般的鹵水鴨。我地叫左半隻鹵水鵝，大腸，椒鹽鯇魚腩，湯飯，炒菜 。 小炒夠火候，鹵水入味。不過這裡仲沒有酒牌，所以叫氣水飲lor。
